Description

      Elément    de construction pour l'établissement de planchers et plafonds cieux.    On sait qu'on emploie des éléments tubu  laires en céramique, ciment, etc., tels que par  exemple les éléments     l'"Alsa"    des Tuileries  Mécaniques     Eguisheim,    faisant l'objet du  brevet suisse     n     114646     pour_la    construction  de certains genres de planchers creux en  béton armé, mais ces éléments tubulaires  étant placés bout      < L    bout, ne permettent de  disposer les armatures que dans un seul sens,  entre les rangées et le long desdits éléments;

    il s'ensuit que sous de fortes charges, et dans des portées un peu grandes, il se pro duit transversalement des flexions vers le milieu des planchers.

  Les     fig.    1, 2 et 3 représentent, en élévation  de face, en coupe et en plan en- dessus,     un     élément simple enL;  Les     fig.    4 et 5 montrent, en coupe et en  plan en dessus, un élément enU ;  La     fig.    6 montre, en plan eu dessus, une  partie d'un plancher fait avec des éléments  tubulaires, mis bout à bout et     armaturés     longitudinalement, et dans lequel sont dis  posés, en vue de former une poutre armée  transversale, des éléments intermédiaires de  type enL et du type enU et leurs armatures;

    Les fig. 7 et 8 montrent, en perspective, la disposition longitudinale d'éléments tubu laires avec interposition d'éléments intermé diaires transversaux en U et en L, servant à la confection de poutres transversales de renforcement.

      Element of construction for the establishment of floors and sky ceilings. It is known that tubular elements made of ceramic, cement, etc., such as for example the "Alsa" elements of the Tuileries Mécaniques Eguisheim, which are the subject of Swiss Patent No. 114646, are used for the construction of certain types of floors. hollow reinforced concrete, but these tubular elements being placed end <L end, only allow the reinforcements to be arranged in one direction, between the rows and along said elements;

    it follows that under heavy loads, and in somewhat large spans, bending occurs transversely towards the middle of the floors.

  The object of the present invention is to make it possible to avoid or reduce the above-mentioned drawbacks and to provide a construction element which facilitates the formation of transverse beams for floors and hollow ceilings. This element comprises at least two angled walls, one of which, intended to be disposed - vertically, is of a shape corresponding to the transverse profile of the tubular elements in combination with which it is intended to be used, while the other wall is intended to be placed in the extension of the base of said tubular elements. Two L elements can be placed face to face so as to form a U. The element according to the invention can also be formed of three walls arranged in U.

  It is understood that by arranging such intermediate elements one after the other in a direction transverse to the tubular elements; spaces are provided in which it is possible to place metal reinforcements transverse to those situated between said tubular elements, and to pour concrete so as to form transverse beams.

   At the same time, one can form a base surface entirely of the same kind; for example in ceramic, without voids, due to the fact that the horizontal part or foot of the intermediates is flat and that the outer surface of these feet can fit exactly into that formed by the total surface of the tubular elements, which allows to have a very smooth and even coating, facilitating the formation of ceilings.

  The appended drawing represents, by way of example and schematically, two embodiments of the element according to the invention.

  Figs. 1, 2 and 3 represent, in front elevation, in section and in plan above, a simple element in  L;  Figs. 4 and 5 show, in section and in plan above, a  U  element; Fig. 6 shows, in plan above, part of a floor made with tubular elements, placed end to end and reinforced longitudinally, and in which are arranged, in order to form a transverse reinforced beam, intermediate elements of the type in  L  and of the  U  type and their reinforcements;

    Figs. 7 and 8 show, in perspective, the longitudinal arrangement of tubular elements with the interposition of transverse U-shaped and L-shaped intermediate elements, used for making transverse reinforcing beams.

  In these figures, 1 is the vertical panel and? the horizontal foot of a simple intermediate element in L or angle; 11 and and 2 'being the corresponding elements of an intermediate U-shaped element.

  The interior surfaces of the panels and the exterior surfaces of the feet of these elements are grooved or ridged at 3, 4, to facilitate the adhesion of the concrete and that of the plaster for the ceiling; the length of the feet 2 or 21 corresponds to the width of the tubular elements 5 with which said intermediate elements are used, the profile of the vertical panels corresponding to the transverse profile of said tubular elements 5 used for making floors, in order to allow easy passage of longitudinal metal reinforcements 6.

  These intermediate elements in L 1-2 or U 1'-21, arranged end to. end in the form of transverse rows, at the suitable places of the longitudinal rows, of the tubular elements 5 (fig. 6, 7, 8). thus constitute sorts of transverse gutters or channels, making it possible to receive metal reinforcements 61 and concrete, to form, after setting, transverse reinforced beams notably consolidating the strength of the construction and preventing transverse bending of the floor.

  It should be noted that the panels 1-11 of the intermediate elements closing off the openings of the tubular elements form transverse beams which are all the more solid as they allow the concrete to be poured simultaneously at the locations of the reinforcements 6, 61 </ B> longitudinal and transverse to make links of a monolithic block at the intersection of the reinforcements.

  We realize that the use of these intermediate elements consolidates the expensive planes due to the transverse reinforcements, facilitates the work and makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the floors due to (the use of tubular elements of reduced height , and thus achieve a notable saving in construction, resulting from the reduction in the volume of concrete.
