Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofar bstoües. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Azofarbstoff erhält, wenn man das 1-Oxy- naphthalin-5-sulf amid mit diazotierter 1- Oxynaphthalin - 8 - sulf amid- 2 -amino -4 - sulf o- säure kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver und färbt Wolle im essig sauren Bade in rotvioletten Farbtönen, wel che beim Nachchromieren teilweise unter Zer setzung graublau, beim Nachkupfern rotvio lett und echt werden. <I>Beispiel</I> 22,8 Teile 1-Oxynaphthalin-5-sulfamid werden in eine Lösung von 56 Teilen Ätz- kali in 48 Teilen Wasser bei 40-45 einge tragen. Die so erhaltene Mischung wird hier auf mit der Diazoverbindung aus 31,8 Teilen 1-Oxynaphthalin-8-sulf amid-2-amino-4-sul f o säure in Form einer 49%igen Paste versetzt. Nach beendeter Kupplung verdünnt man mit 200 Teilen kaltem Wasser, lässt 280 Teile 15%ige Salzsäure unter Rühren einlaufen und salzt den neuen Farbstoff aus.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das 1-Oxynaphthalin-5-sulfamid mit dia- zotierter 1-Oxynaphtalin-8-sulfamid-2-amino- 4-sulfosäure kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver und- färbt Wolle im essigsaurem Bade in rotvioletten Farb tönen, welche beim Nachchromieren teilweise unter Zersetzung graublau, beim Nach kupfern rotviolett und echt werden.
