Description

Burner arrangement on gas stoves and gas stoves. It is known to arrange at least approximately horizontal burner slots for single flames in burners for gas stoves and gas stoves and support ribs for the cookware on the support frame. In these known arrangements, the heat of the exhaust gases was not evaluated sufficiently.

In the burner arrangement according to the present invention, the arrangement is met that the center lines of the flames are arranged tangentially to a circle, for the purpose of reducing the central, unheated area, the support ribs are directed so that the flames in the Intermediate spaces occur between two ribs.

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 shows a burner arrangement with a support frame for gas stoves, FIG. 2 shows a single burner against the flat nozzle, FIG > 3 shows a longitudinal section of FIG. 2 after a horizontal rotation through 90 0, and FIG. 4 shows a section along the line AB of FIG. 2. In the exemplary embodiment, 1 </ B> the support ribs of the support frame 2 directed against the flame circle for the cookware. Five individual burners sit on a central flat gas space 3 .

Each individual burner 4-8. (Fig. 1 and 3) has its own nozzle 9 above the plate. Each burner has two air inlets 11 on the side, which can be made larger or smaller by moving a ring 12 up and down.

At the top, each of the burners is formed into a wide, horizon tal nozzle slot 1.3; These slots 13 are located, as can be seen in FIG. 1, in such a way that the center lines of the flames are appropriately arranged in a circle around the center of the burner arrangement, while the support ribs are also tangential to a circle y , - which is also around the center of the burner arrangement.

The consequence of this is that the unheated central area x, which is drawn by the dash-dotted line gas flames 14, is significantly reduced compared to such a central area x when these gas flames hit the bottom of the crockery as a beam directed radially outward. Furthermore, the support ribs are directed here in such a way that the flames enter the spaces between two ribs 1 . This is intended to achieve a good heating effect.
