Dispositif indicateur des poids et des prix pour balances. L'objet de l'invention est un dispositif indicateur des poids et des prix pour balan ces, en particulier pour balances semi-auto matiques et automatiques, permettant de lire le prix total de la marchandise pesée et com portant dans ce but plusieurs échelles pour un même prix unitaire; il comporte, d'une part, au moins un organe déplaçable portant, pour chaque groupe d'échelles de prix, outre le prii unitaire, tous les chiffres, de zéro à celui qui est inférieur de un au chiffre indi quant la force de la balance, l'amplitude de l'échelle des poids étant prise comme unité;
Au dessin annexé sont représentées, à titre d'exemple, deux formes d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention: Fig. 1 est une vue en élévation, avec sup pressions partielles, d'une balance avec une seule série de prix unitaires; Fig. 2 est une coupe partielle suivant 2-2 de la fig. 1; Fig. 3 est une vue en élévation avec sup pressions partielles d'une balance à prix uni taire décomposé en deux tranches, soit di zaines et unités, dans le but d'augmenter l'amplitude de la série des prix unitaires, sans donner à l'organe mobile sur lequel sont tracées les échelles des prix* un développe ment trop considérable;
Weight and price indicator device for scales. The object of the invention is a device for indicating weights and prices for balances, in particular for semi-automatic and automatic balances, making it possible to read the total price of the goods weighed and comprising for this purpose several scales for the same unit price; it comprises, on the one hand, at least one movable member carrying, for each group of price scales, in addition to the unit price, all the figures, from zero to that which is less than one to the figure indicating the strength of the balance, the amplitude of the weight scale being taken as a unit;
it further comprises at least one member provided with windows and arranged so as to show through these windows the unit price and the whole number of multiples of the graduation of the scale of the weights contained in the weight of the goods.
In known scales, there are, for the same unit price, as many price scales as there are units of weight in the number expressing the force of the scale. The first of these scales bears a graduation from zero to the total price corresponding to the graduation of the dial, The second, from this total price to its double, The third, from double this price to its triple, and so on.
In the device according to the invention, it is possible to ensure that the movable member on which the price-to-rate scales are plotted is brought into the suitable position by a hand movement without any action on the scale; in this position the unit price of the goods and the number of units of weight contained in the weight of the goods each appear at the right of windows arranged for this purpose.
In the appended drawing are shown, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention: FIG. 1 is an elevational view, partially suppressed, of a scale with a single series of unit prices; Fig. 2 is a partial section on 2-2 of FIG. 1; Fig. 3 is an elevational view with partial supressures of a unit price scale broken down into two slices, namely tens and units, with the aim of increasing the amplitude of the series of unit prices, without giving the movable organ on which the price scales are plotted * too considerable a development;
Fig. 4 is a partial section on 4--4 of FIG. 3.
The balance according to fig. 1 has a force of 5 <B> kg. </B> The weight scale is graduated from 0 to 1 lig.
In a dial a in front of which oscillates a needle b and which carries a scale of the weights c are made three openings of and <I> fd </I> for the base price, e for the weight in kilograms and f for scales of prices denoted by g g2 g '. These are drawn on a strip 1i winding on two cylinders dres <I> i </I> and j. The movement of this band 1i is obtained by hand by means of a steering wheel k actuating, by a gear 1. two gears nz and n.
Gear n is fixed to the shaft of cylinder j; gear i is mounted idle on the axis of cylinder i, but is connected to it by means of a spring o whose purpose is to ensure the tension of the band h., despite the variation in the diameter of the rollers it forms and regardless of the direction of rotation of the cylinders.
In addition, the band carries the unit prices, one of them, ie 12 francs in the example, appearing to the right of the opening d. To each of these prices corresponds a series r of figures, ie 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 in the example chosen, the force of the balance being 5 kg; one of these digits is visible through the opening e.
The operation of the device is as follows: When the weighing is done, the desired unit price is brought, by means of the handwheel k, to the right of the opening d, but the belt is continued to be actuated until appears by the opening c the whole number of kilograms contained: in the weight of the container; at this moment then appears in the opening j 'the corresponding price scale, so that the needle b indicates at the same time the weight and the total price of the goods.
In the second embodiment represented by FIG. 3 and-4, the unit price, for example 25 francs, is broken down into two installments 20 and 5, which are carried on separate mobile organs.
The dial a. door four opening, ie. f for the first series of price scales, f <I> 2 </I> for the second, <I> d </I> for the number of tens included in the unit price and <B> <I> d '</I> </B> for the number of units and fractions of units. A band h carrying the prices for the tens of the unit price winds over two cylinders i and j which, as in the first example, are rotated and driven in either direction by means of a flying <I> k </I> and gears d <I> in </I> n. <I>. </I>
A band la 'carrying the units and fractions of units of the price is wound on the two cylinders i \ and j2 by the operation of a flywheel k2 and gears l2 nz' n2. These two pairs of cylinders i jet i \ and j = are mounted on a movable frame ri which can be moved vertically by means of a flywheel v.
This frame u has a flat part t directly behind the dial a, in which openings q and q 'are made respectively facing the openings <I> d </I> and d2, and which bears the series r numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4.
The operation of the device is as follows: Before or after the. weighing, the handwheel k is actuated to bring the tens of the base price to the right of the opening q, itself visible through the opening d of the dial; the price units are then brought by means of the handwheel k2 to the right of the opening q2 visible through the opening d2.
While the merchandise is still on the scale, bring the number of kilograms contained in the total weight to the right of the opening e by operating the handwheel v.
By the openings f and f2 then appear the corresponding price scales, 4 the price of the commodity is the sum from many (#s read by these openings f and f2.
