Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen in  Wasser löslichen Farbstoff erhält, der vor  zugsweise die tierische     Faser    in braunen,  licht- und     walkechten    Tönen anfärbt, wenn  man 1 Molekül     2.6-Dihalogen-3.5-dinitro-          toluol    mit 2     Molekülen        2'-3Iethyl-4-amino-          diphenylamiii-2-sulfosäare    kondensiert.  



       Beispiel:     25,1 Gewichtsteile     2.6-Dichlor-3.5-di-          nitrotoluol    werden mit 500 Teilen Wasser,  in dem 30 Gewichtsteile     calcinierte    Soda  gelöst sind, und mit 55,6 Gewichtsteilen       2'-Methyl-4    -     aminodiphenylamin    - 2 -     sulfosäure     vereinigt. Nach Zugabe von 1/2 Gewichts  teilen Kupfersulfat wird 20 Stunden gekocht.

    Darin wird die entstandene, tief rotbraun  gefärbte     Lösung    filtriert und der Farbstoff       ausgesalzen.    Dem Farbstoff kommt folgendes  Formelbild zu

    Das     Natronsalz    stellt ein braunes Kristall  pulver dar; welches sich in kalter konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure gelbgrün löst. Durch  Erwärmen schlägt die Farbe der Lösung über  oliv nach violett um. In kaltem Alkohol ist  der Farbstoff schwer löslich, leicht löslich  dagegen in Wasser. Auf der Wollfaser er  zeugt er braune echte Töne.

    The sodium salt is a brown crystal powder; which dissolves yellow-green in cold, concentrated sulfuric acid. The color of the solution changes from olive to purple when heated. The dye is sparingly soluble in cold alcohol, but easily soluble in water. On the wool fiber it produces real brown tones.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Molekül 2.6-Dihalogen-3..5-dinitrotoluol mit 2 Molekülen 2'-Methyl-4-aminodiphenyl- amin-2-sulfosäure kondensiert. Das Natronsalz stellt ein braunes Kristall pulver dar, welches sich in kalter konzen trierter Schwefelsäure gelbgrün löst. Durch Erwärmen schlägt die Farbe der Lösung über oliv nach violett um. In kaltem Alkohol ist der Farbstoff schwer löslich, leicht löslich dagegen in Wasser. Auf der Wollfaser er zeugt er braune echte Töne.
