Description

Running gear bearing. The present invention relates to sinet necks with rolling elements, comprising at least one row of rolling elements arranged between two concentric rolling rings, the elements of each row (balls, rollers, rollers, etc.) rolling on tracks. separate, and each row having its own guide cage so that the rows of running gear can work independently of one another.

Most often, in this type of net cushion, the cages are supported by the running gear, the flat faces of the cages, that is to say the faces opposite to those where the housings for the running gear are provided, being arranged adjacent to one another or adjacent, in the mid-plane of the pad.

The bearing, according to the invention, is characterized in that in each row the rolling members are suitably spaced by a distribution ring, independent, centered on one of the bearing rings of the bearing, the surface of centering corresponding to this distribution ring, (rui ost arranged on the bearing ring, and the profile of the distribution ring, being such that the plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the bearing, in which the center of gravity of said distribution ring intersects its centering surface on the rolling ring.

The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of a cous sinet according to the invention with a double row of rolling members.

Fig. 1 is a view of the pad, partly in elevation and partly in section; Fig. 2 is a diametral section thereof, section passing through the fingers of the distribution rings; Fig. 3 is a view similar to FIG. 2, the diametrical cut being made between the distribution fingers of the rings.

The two rows of rolling members of the bearing, which according to the example shown are balls 1 and 2 respectively for each of the rows, are arranged in two concentric bearing rings, one inner 3, the other outer. 4. Each bearing ring has two separate tracks, 3a and 3b for the, inner ba gue 3, and 4a and 4b for the outer ring 4. The balls 1 of the row located at. left in fig. 2 and 3 roll freely between the tracks 3a, 4a, while the balls 2 of the row on the right roll freely between the tracks 3b, 4b.

The inner rolling ring 3 has a bearing or centering surface C located between the two tracks 3a and 3b on which are centered, by their bores, two independent rings 5 and 6, backed by their flat faces 5a and 6a in the median plane of the bearing, and having, directed outwards, distribution fingers, 5b and 6b respectively, serving only to ensure the proper distribution of the running gear 1 and 2.

The fingers 5b and 6b are designed so that each time the center of gravity, respectively G 'and GZ for each distribution ring 5 and 6, is inside the lift cylinder of said ring corresponding to the surface of centering C. In this way the fingers 5b or 6b, which are cantilevered, do not tend to tilt their respective ring, thus avoiding any .ris that jamming on the bearing ring 3.

To obtain this position of the center of gravity, it is advantageous to transfer the weight of each ring as much as possible to the adjacent faces 5a and 6a, or by lightening the distribution fingers by a suitable profile given to these fingers without harming the guidance. running gear, either by giving the cylinder as much thickness as possible, or by supporting the ring, or by any other means.

Of course, the invention is not limited to bearings with double rows of rolling gold ganes (balls, rollers, rollers, summer.) In which the distribution rings are centered on a centering surface if killed between the tracks of rolling; it also covers the types of bearings with rolling members comprising at least one centered distribution ring located outside the rows of rolling members; each of these rings can only be of interest to a single row of rolling members, and provided that the center of gravity of each of the anne% ux is included in the annular centering surface provided on one of the rolling rings.

When the centering surface is provided on the outer rolling ring, the distribution ring is centered at its periphery.
