Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Diazosalzpräparates für Färberei und Druckerei. Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein gut haltbares Diazosalzpräparat für Färberei und Druckerei erhält, wenn man die wie üblich hergestellte mineralsaure Diazosalzlösung von 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-toluol mit einem 1.5-naph- talindisulfosauren Metallsalz umsetzt.
Das so erhaltene neutrale 1.5-Naphtalin- disulfonat des diazotierten Nitrotoluidins von zum Beispiel 28 % Gehalt an Nitrotoluidin- base bildet ein fast weisses, gut haltbares, lösliches, unmittelbar zum Ausfärben grun dierter Baumwolle geeignetes Diazosalzprä- parat, das zweckmässig mit geeigneten, die Ausfärbungen,
die Löslichkeit und die Halt barkeit günstig beeinflussenden Zusätzen und Färbereihilfsmitteln, wie zum Beispiel Alu miniumsulfat oder Alaun, arylsulfonsauren Metallsalzen und dergleichen noch auf einen handelsüblichen Diazogehalt eingestellt wird.
<I>Beispiel:</I> _ Eine aus 152 Teilen 4-Nitro-2-amino-l- toluol in üblicher Weise hergestellte konzen- trierte Lösung des Diazochlorids wird mit 200 Teilen 1.5-naphtalindisulfosaureni Na trium, Molekulargewicht 332, bis zur völligen Umsetzung verrührt; dann wird abfiltriert und das Diazosalz bei mässiger Temperatur getrocknet und unter Umständen durch Ver mischen mit geeigneten Färbereihilfsstoffen in handelsfertige Form gebracht.
Diese Zusätze können auch dem noch feuchten Diazosalz zugemischt werden:

It has been found that a diazo salt preparation with good stability for dyeing and printing is obtained if the conventionally prepared mineral acid diazo salt solution of 4-nitro-2-amino-1-toluene is reacted with a 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid metal salt.
The neutral 1,5-naphthalene disulfonate of diazotized nitrotoluidine obtained in this way, for example with a nitrotoluidine base content of 28%, forms an almost white, well-preserved, soluble diazo salt preparation suitable for dyeing primed cotton, which is conveniently combined with suitable dyeings ,
the solubility and durability of additives and dyeing auxiliaries, such as aluminum sulfate or alum, aryl sulfonic acid metal salts and the like, which have a beneficial effect on a commercial diazo content, is adjusted.
<I> Example: </I> _ A concentrated solution of the diazo chloride prepared in the usual way from 152 parts of 4-nitro-2-amino-l-toluene is mixed with 200 parts of 1.5-naphthalenedisulfosaureni sodium, molecular weight 332, up to complete implementation stirred; it is then filtered off and the diazo salt is dried at moderate temperature and, under certain circumstances, brought into commercial form by mixing it with suitable dyeing auxiliaries.
