Description
Schraubensicherung.
Screw locking. It is known that screw locking by over-inandereclirauben similar nuts or screwing on thin, resilient, threaded steel sheets, which can have the most varied of Kon constructions and shapes, to produce via a normal nut.
However, all of these safeguards only serve their purpose imperfectly, and only if they are screw locks that either rest or are exposed to little shocks. But as soon as # it concerns connections, the strong shocks, for example at Vehicles that are exposed, the current fuses are not sufficient.
The new fuse is intended to help insofar as this fuse is able to follow vibrations of the bolt without significant material stress occurring in the same.
This is achieved by a bracket, the legs of which sit resiliently on a web and biliden support flanges, which are equipped with threaded oilers, which are arranged in axial direction probably parallel but offset to one another.
In fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, such a fuse is shown for example. Threaded holes are attached to a U-shaped bracket, which has a bridge and two parallel flanselias. The same are parallel in the axial direction, but offset from one another, as can be seen from FIG. If this spring nut is screwed onto the screw bolt to be secured, then the connecting web receives a certain bending stress, where (by the flanges spring against each other are braced.
If kickbacks or blows occur on the fuse due to vibrations of the screw bolt, then this will not be released due to the spring force prevailing in the plates. A loosening of the visual cube connection is also easily possible because the entire securing is inherently elastic.
