Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Beizenfarbstoffes. Gegenstand dieser Erfindung ist ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines Beizenfarb- stoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 4-Chlor- 2-aminophenol-6-sulfosäure mit 2.6-Diogy- naphtalin-3-carbonsäure kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 223,5 Gewichtsteile 4-Chlor-2-aminophe- nol-6-sulfosäure werden in wässeriger Lö sung unter Zusatz von 360 Gewichtsteilen Salzsäure von 20' B6 mit 70 Gewichtsteilen Natriumnitrit diazotiert und die Diazover- bindung mit einer alkalischen Lösung von 204 Gewiehtsteilen 2.6-Dioxynaphtalin-3- carbonsäure vereinigt.
Der auf die übliche Weise isolierte Farbstoff färbt Wolle im Chrombade in olivgrünen Tönen von aus gezeichneter Echtheit an.
Process for the preparation of a stain dye. The subject of this invention is a process for the preparation of a stain dye, which is characterized in that the diazo compound of 4-chloro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonic acid is coupled with 2,6-diogynaphthalene-3-carboxylic acid.
<I> Example: </I> 223.5 parts by weight of 4-chloro-2-aminophenol-6-sulfonic acid are diazotized with 70 parts by weight of sodium nitrite in aqueous solution with the addition of 360 parts by weight of hydrochloric acid of 20 'B6 and the diazo bond combined with an alkaline solution of 204 parts by weight of 2,6-dioxynaphthalene-3-carboxylic acid.
The dye, isolated in the usual way, dyes wool in the chrome bath in olive green tones of excellent authenticity.
