Description


  Appareil pour massages et auto-massages.         L'objet    de cette invention est un appareil  pour massages et auto-massages dont le des  sin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une  forme d'exécution.  



  La     fig.    1 est une vue de l'appareil avec  une coupe;  La     fig.    2 est une section de l'appareil.  Sur un axe A à une des extrémités du  quel se trouve une poignée     B,    tourne un cy  lindre creux C. A l'intérieur de ce cylindre  C ou corps de massage se trouve un corps de  chauffe     électrique   <I>D</I> fixé à l'axe<I>A</I> et des  tiné, lors de l'emploi de l'appareil à élever,  la température dudit cylindre. Le corps de  massage est en plusieurs pièces, quoique cela  ne soit pas montré pour simplifier le dessin.  Il est bien entendu que l'exemple décrit  n'est pas limitatif et que l'on pourrait, sans  sortir du cadre de l'invention, non seulement  élever la température du cylindre C, mais  aussi l'abaisser.  



  Pour élever la température du cylindre  C, on pourrait remplacer le corps de chauffe  électrique D par des dispositifs utilisant des       produits    chimiques solides ou liquides, ou une  chaufferette à combustion lente (dit à brûleur    catalytique), une simple brique chaude à l'eau  chaude, le produit     contenu    dans la     chauffe-          rette    américaine Radio-Pack, etc. Par contre,  pour abaisser la. température du cylindre C, on  utiliserait des produits ou mélanges réfrigé  rants.

   De même le corps creux n'est pas né  cessairement un cylindre lisse, mais peut  être aussi cannelé longitudinalement ou être  muni de cannelures circulaires; il peut aussi  avoir différentes formes et porter des bosses,  bosselages, creux en forme de ventouses, val  lonnements, etc.. suivant le but particulier  du massage envisagé.  



  Au lieu de tourner fou sur l'axe, le corps  creux pourrait être fixé audit axe qui tour  nerait dans la poignée. En variant légère  ment la construction de l'appareil, on pour  rait rendre la paroi du corps creux, soit le  cylindre     .6,    amovible, et on pourrait prévoir  dans ce cas une série de cylindres à dessins  ou formes différentes, suivant le but parti  culier du massage envisagé.  



  Dans un but hygiénique, on pourrait  également prévoir une gaine en tissu lavable,  épousant la forme extérieure de la partie ac  tive C de l'appareil et disposée sur celle-ci      de façon à pouvoir facilement être enlevée  en vue de son lavage.

Claims (1)

  1. REVENDICATION Appareil pour massages et auto-massages, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un corps creux de forme allongée pouvant tourner au tour de son grand axe et monté dans ce but sur un axe muni à une de ses extrémités d'une poignée, des moyens étant prévus pour amener la paroi de ce corps creux à une tem pérature déterminée pour son usage. SOUS-REVENDIOATIONS 1 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que le corps creux est un cy lindre lisse. 2 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que le corps creux présente une surface irrégulière. 8 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que la surface du corps creux est bosselée. 4 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que la paroi -du corps creux a des renfoncements en forme de ventouses.
    5 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que le corps creux forme un ré servoir destiné à recevoir des produits chimiques pour amener sa paroi à une température déterminée. 6 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que la paroi -du corps creux est portée à une température déterminée au moyen d'un corps de chauffe électrique. 7 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé en ce que la surface du corps creux est amovible et fait partie d'un jeu de parois interchangeables. 8 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que les dispositifs pour porter la paroi du corps creux à une tem pérature déterminée pour son usage sont logées à demeure à l'intérieur du corps creux.
    9 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que les dispositifs pour porter la paroi du corps creux à une tem pérature déterminée pour son usage, peu vent être retirées de l'appareil, portées à la température voulue, et réintroduits en suite dans le corps creux de l'appareil. 10 Appareil selon la revendication, caracté risé par le fait que le corps de chauffe est fixé sur l'axe de l'appareil et que le dit axe tourne dans la poignée.
