Description

Steuerungseinrichtung an hydraulisch angetriebenen Drehschiebern.

8 in Ver bindung.

Control device on hydraulically driven rotary valves. The invention relates to a control device on hydraulically driven rotary valves, with a sealing member to be loaded by the water pressure and relieved by the same, which, for example, can be a sealing ring.

According to the invention, pressurized water supply lines to a hydraulic drive device of the rotary valve are from a common main control device and a pressurized water supply line to the sealing member is connected to the hydraulic drive device. Auxiliary control device masters which latter both via the main control device,

as well as can be pressurized from the hydraulic drive device, thereby interrupting the pressurized water supply to the sealing element and relieving the latter, the whole thing in such a way that, depending on the setting of the main control device for the purpose of actuating the hydraulic drive device, the sealing element automatically falls Pressure is applied or relieved.

In Figs. 1 to 4- of the drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically in different positions, with the rotary slide only the part required to understand the inven tion is drawn. It be characterized 1. the axially displaceable sealing ring in the rotary valve housing and 3 the rotatable closing body of the rotary valve. The drive of the closing body 3 takes place from a double wing 4 of a hy draulic drive device.

This double wing is mounted in a housing 5 with two pressure chambers 6 so that it can be rotated back and forth approximately by <B> 90 '</B>. The two pressure chambers are each with two at the opposite ends of the latter opening pressurized water supply lines 7 respectively. 8 in connection. To the line 7, a pressure water line 7a and to the lines 8, a pressure water line 8a is connected. The line 8a is connected to the cylinder 9 of the main control device. In the cylinder 9, the main control piston 10 is easily seen.

Pressurized water is fed to the cylinder 9 through the pressure line 11. The main control piston 10 has two chambers 12 and 13 and is pushed by Hawl or mechanically from one end position to the other. In one end position (a., F-. 1 and 4) the line 8a via the chamber 12 with a drain line 14 and the line 11 via the chamber 13 with the connected to the cylinder 9 NEN line 7a in connection.

In the other end position (b, FIGS. 2 and 3), the line 11 is connected to the line 8a via the chamber 12 and, on the other hand, the line 7a is connected to a second drain line 15 via the chamber 13.

In addition to the main control piston, there are two auxiliary control pistons 16 and 17, each belonging to an auxiliary control device, each of which is located in a cylinder 18, respectively. 19 are movable up and down and under the influence of a weight lever 16a respectively. 17a automatically assume the lower end position. A check valve 20 is connected in line 7a and a check valve 21 is connected in line 8a.

Between the one side of the hydraulic drive device and the check valve 20 is the line 7a with the cylinder space under the piston 17 through the line 22 and between the other side of the drive device and the backlash valve \? 1, the line 8a is permanently connected to the cylinder space under the piston 16 through line 23. From the upper part of the cylinder space under the piston 17 located in its upper end position leads a Rücklei device 24, in which a check valve 25 is switched on, back into the line 7a.

In the same way, a return line provided with a non-return valve 26 leads 7 from the upper part of the cylinder space un ter the raised piston 16 in the Lei device 8a back. The lower end of the cylinder 18 is through a narrow line 28 in front of the check valve 26 with the line 2 7 and the lower end of the cylinder 19 through a narrow line 29 in front of the valve 25 with. The line 24 in connection. From the pressure line 11, a line 30 goes into the cylinder 18 and from this an I; duct 30a into the pressure chamber behind the sealing ring 1.

The lines 30 and 30a form the pressurized water supply line to the sealing ring, they are dominated by the piston 16, which has a connecting chamber 3l provided with two inlet openings. At the same distance that the mouth of the line 30 has from the mouth of the line 30a, a line 322 is connected to the cylinder 18 above the mouth of the line 30a, which leads into the upper part of the cylinder 1.9 and is dominated in this by the piston 17.

In the upper end position of the piston 17, the line 32 is connected via a chamber 33 of the piston 17 to a relief line 34 leading into the open.

For a better understanding of the way in which the control device described works, the pressurized lines are indicated by solid single lines and the lines not under pressure are indicated by double lines.

Fig. 1 shows the rotary valve completely closed GE, Fig. 2 at the beginning of the opening, Fig. 3 fully opened, and Fig. 4 at the beginning of the closing movement. Assuming that the rotary valve is completely closed, the sealing ring 1 is loaded and thus pressed against the sealing ring of the rotating ble closing body 3 (see Fig. 1).

The main control piston 10 is in position a (left). the auxiliary control piston 16 is in its lower end position, the auxiliary control piston 17 in its upper end position. The double wing? - is held in its corresponding end position by the water pressure.

To open the rotary valve, the main control piston is pushed into position b (right), FIG. 2. The pressurized water flows from the line 11 via the chamber 12, the line 8a and behind the check valve 21 on the one hand to the other side of the double wing 4 of the hydraulic drive device and on the other hand under the auxiliary control piston 16, which is thereby driven into its upper end position.

Once in this position, the pressure water flows from the cylinder 18 to the check valve 26, but keeps the piston 16 in its upper end position. The piston 16 immediately interrupts the connection between the line 30 and the line 30a leading to the sealing ring 1, but connects the latter via the line 32, the chamber 33 of the piston 1.7 still in its upper end position with the discharge line 34. This relieves the pressure on the sealing ring 1.

The wastewater from the hydraulic drive device, which is expelled by the rotation of the double wing 4 via the line 7 @ L, closes the valve 20, ge reached through. the line 2 2 under the piston 17 and holds it in the upper end position, whereby the ring relief is maintained.

Is the rotary valve fully open. (Fig. 8), so auo the housing 5 no more water flows into the cylinder 19. The piston 17 goes under the action of its own weight and the lever 1.7a in its lower end position and presses the water aua the cylinder 19 through the Narrow line 39 via the return valve 25 into the lower part of the line 7a, from which it flows through the chamber 13 of the main control piston 1.0 into the drain line 15.

By lowering the piston 1.7, the relief line 32, 34 was interrupted, whereby a constant loss of water through seepage water at the sealing ring 1 is avoided.

The closing of the rotary valve is initiated by moving the main control piston 10 from position 1b to position <I> a </I> (FIG. 4), the following process taking place. The pressurized water is conducted from the line 11 via the chamber 13 of the main control piston, the line 7a, 7 into the housing 5, in which the double vane 4 is rotated in the opposite direction and this rotates the closing body 3 in the Sense of closing.

Simultaneously, pressurized water flows behind the valve 20 via the line 22 under the piston 17 and lifts it out of the lower end position; r into the upper position, whereby the relief of the sealing ring 1 is temporarily initiated again. The water displaced by the double wing -1- flows off via 8a (above), 23, 18, 27, 26, 8a (below) 12 and 14.

If the double wing is in its end position and so with the rotary valve in its Schliessstel development, the inflow of waste water from the housing 5 into the cylinder 18 stops, the piston 16 lowers and pushes the water out of the cylinder 18 through the narrow pipe 28 through the valve 26 and the chamber 12 of the main control piston into the open.

By lowering the piston 16, the connection between the lines 30 and 30a is restored, the sealing ring 1 is consequently put under pressure again and pressed against the sealing ring of the closing body 3 under constant load.
