Appareil cinématographique. L'objet de la présente invention est un ap pareil cinématographique, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un dispositif permettant de marquer photographiquement les films lors de la prise de vues, ledit dispositif faisant partie intégrante dudit appareil.
Lorsque l'amateur a impressionné un film dans son appareil, il le confie par l'entremise d'un revendeur à un laboratoire pour son traitement. En cours de route, le film est fréquemment confondu avec d'autres et est renvoyé à une fausse destination, faute de marque appropriée, celle dur laboratoire ne se faisant qu'en dernier lieu en chambre noire, d'où nouvelle possibilité d'erreur.
La présente invention remédie à ces défauts.
Le dessin annexé se rapporte à titre d'exemble à deux formes d'exécution de la présente invention.
Les fig. 1 et 2 se rapportent à la première forme et la fig. 3 à la deuxième. L'objectif 1 et la paroi 2 munie d'une fenêtre 3 font partie de la chambre d'expo sition de l'appareil. Le film peut être marqué au début, au milieu ou à la fin<B>;</B> il suffit de présenter en face de cette fenêtre une pièce 6, portée par une équerre pivotante ô. La commande peut se faire depuis l'extérieur de l'appareil au moyen d'un levier ou bouton non figuré. La pièce 6 peut être ou en matière transparente et porter une ins cription ou un chiffre. Elle peut être aussi métallique et munie d'un découpage, représen tant un signe conventionnel quelconque.
Il suffira de diriger l'objectif contre la lumière, contre le ciel, par exemple, et faire fonctionner l'appareil pendant quelques ins tants. Le film 4 sera impressionné à tra vers la pièce 6 sur un certain nombre d'images et cette inscription apparaîtra sur le film développé. Un ressort de rappel est prévu, afin d'éviter une fausse manoeuvre par oubli. Aussitôt le bouton de commande de la pièce 6- lâché, elle est rappelée par la ressort et dégage la fenêtre d'exposition La fig. 2 représente la fenêtre 3 dans laquelle apparaît un chiffre vu par transparence.
La fig. 3 montre une autre forme d'exé cution : la pièce 6 11, portant l'inscription, se ment dans une coulisse horizontale 8. Pour procéder â l'inscription, il suffira de retour ner l'appareil, et la pièce 6 a, en tombant par suite de son poids, se présentera devant la fenêtre 3. Aussitôt l'opération de mar quage terminée, il suffit de ramener l'ap pareil dans la position normale pour dégager la fenêtre. Il importe que ce dispositif soit fixé à demeure sur l'appareil, afin d'em pêcher son accès et remplacement, ce qui constitue un contrôle, pour ainsi dire in violable, de la, provenance des films. La pièce 6 pourra également porter une ins cription indiquant la marque de l'appareil ou le nom de son propriétaire.
