  Verfahren zur Darstellung von     2-Oxynaphthalin-3-carbonsäure-4'-methoxyphenylamid.       Im Hauptpatent wurde die Darstellung  von     2-Oxynaphthalin-3-ca.rbonsäurephenyl-          amid    durch Umsetzung von     2-Oxynaphtha-          lin-3-ca.rbonsäure    mit     Phenylsenföl    be  schrieben.  



  Ersetzt man     Phenylsenföl    durch     4-          Methoxyphenylsenföl,    so gelangt     mann    in ana  loger Weise zum     2-Oxynaphtalin-3-carbon-          säure-4'-methoxyphenylamid    (bekannt aus der  deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 256999).  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  188 Teile     2-0-xynaphthalin-3-carboxisäure     werden mit 165 Teilen     4-Methoxyphenylsenföl     auf etwa, '220' erhitzt, bis die Entwicklung  von     Kohlenoxysulfid    beendet ist. Nach dem    Erkalten wird die     kristallinisch    erstarrte  Schmelze gepulvert. Man erhält das 2-Oxy       na.phthalin-3-carbonsäure-4'-methoxyphenyl-          amid    in grosser Reinheit und in einer Aus  beute von 90 % der Theorie.

  If phenyl mustard oil is replaced by 4-methoxyphenyl mustard oil, 2-oxynaphthalene-3-carboxylic acid 4'-methoxyphenylamide is obtained in an analogous manner (known from German patent specification No. 256999).



  <I> Example: </I> 188 parts of 2-0-xynaphthalene-3-carboxic acid are heated to about '220' with 165 parts of 4-methoxyphenyl mustard oil until the development of carbon oxysulphide has ended. After cooling, the crystalline solidified melt is powdered. The 2-Oxy na.phthalin-3-carboxylic acid-4'-methoxyphenyl amide is obtained in great purity and in a yield of 90% of theory.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von 2-Oxy- na.phthalin-3-carbonsäure-4'-methoxypheny 1- amid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2 Oxynaphthalin-3-carbonsKure mit 4-Methoxy- phenylsenföl umsetzt. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of 2-oxynaphthalene-3-carboxylic acid-4'-methoxypheny 1- amide, characterized in that 2 oxynaphthalene-3-carboxylic acid is reacted with 4-methoxyphenyl mustard oil.
