Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen ehromhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen wertvollen chromhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den Azofarbstoff aus di- a.zotiertem 5-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol und 2- Amino - 5 - oxynaphthaliii - 7 - sulfosäure mit ehromabgebenden Mitteln und mit einem Oxydationsmittel behandelt,, wobei diese bei den Operationen nicht gleichzeitig,
sondern nacheinander durchgeführt werden.
Der erhaltene chromhaltige Farbstoff bildet getrocknet ein schwärzliches Pulver, welches in Wasser und in verdünnter Soda lösung mit grünblauer Farbe und in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit schmutzig brauner Farbe löslich ist. Er färbt Wolle und Seide aus essigsaurem, Baumwolle und Viskose aus neutralem oder alkalischem Glaubersalzbade in echten blaugrünen Tö nen an.
Beispiel: 40 Teile des Azofarbstoffes aus diano tiertem 5-Nitro-2-.amino-l-phenol und 2- Amino-5-oxynapllthaIin-7-sulfosäure (alka- lische Kupplung) werden nach bekannten Methoden in die Chromverbindung über geführt und diese in 1000 Teilen Wasser unter Zugabe von 12 Teilen Kaliumhydroxyd zur Lösung gebracht.
Man versetzt darauf mit 105 Teilen einer 10 % aktives Chlor ent haltenden Ilypochloritlösung. Aus dem blauen Ausgangsfarbstoff bildet sich ein neuer, in blaugrünen Tönen färbender Farb stoff, welcher ;durch Eindampfen und Zugabe von Kochsalz aus seiner Lösung abgeschie den werden kann.

The chromium-containing dye obtained forms a blackish powder when dried, which is soluble in water and in dilute soda solution with a green-blue color and in concentrated sulfuric acid with a dirty brown color. He dyes wool and silk from acetic acid, cotton and viscose from neutral or alkaline Glauber's salt bath in real blue-green tones.
Example: 40 parts of the azo dye from diano-tated 5-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol and 2-amino-5-oxynapllthaIin-7-sulfonic acid (alkaline coupling) are converted into the chromium compound by known methods and this brought to solution in 1000 parts of water with the addition of 12 parts of potassium hydroxide.
105 parts of an Ilypochlorite solution containing 10% active chlorine are then added. From the initial blue dye, a new dye is formed which has a blue-green color and which can be separated from its solution by evaporation and addition of common salt.
