Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen, haltbaren Diazoverbindung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen, haltbaren Diazoverbindung, darin bestehend, dass man eine Lösung von dianotiertem 4- 6-Dinitroanilin aus der Lösung mit Cadmium chlorid versetzt. Das Endprodukt stellt ein, weisses, kristallines, haltbares, in Wasser lös liches Pulver dar, welches zur Herstellung von Azofarbstoffen Verwendung findet.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine aus 183 Teilen 4-6-Dinitroanilin, 640 Teilen 95 o/oiger Schwefelsäure und 70 Teilen Natriumnitrit dargestellte Diazolösung wird in 770 Teilen Eiswasser ausgegossen und diese Lösung mit 960 Teilen 60 o/oiger Cadmiumchloridlösung vermischt. Die Diazo- verbindung scheidet sich alsbald als Cadmi- umcloppelsalz aus. Die Abscheidung kann durch Zusatz von Kochsalz vervollständigt werden.
Das Diazosalz wird abfiltriert und in üblicher Weise fertig gemacht. Es stellt ein weisses, kristallines, haltbares, in Wasser lösliches Pulver dar, welches zur Herstellung von Azofarbstoffen Verwendung findet.
Process for the preparation of a strong, durable diazo compound. The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a solid, durable diazo compound, which consists in adding cadmium chloride to a solution of dianotized 4- 6-dinitroaniline from the solution. The end product is a white, crystalline, durable powder that is soluble in water and is used for the production of azo dyes.
<I> Example: </I> A diazo solution made from 183 parts of 4-6-dinitroaniline, 640 parts of 95% sulfuric acid and 70 parts of sodium nitrite is poured into 770 parts of ice water and this solution is mixed with 960 parts of 60% cadmium chloride solution . The diazo compound is soon excreted as cadmium cloppel salt. The separation can be completed by adding table salt.
The diazo salt is filtered off and made ready in the usual way. It is a white, crystalline, durable, water-soluble powder which is used for the production of azo dyes.
