Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 138024.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde     gefunden,        ;da,ss'    man einen  neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn  man den     chromhaltigen    Farbstoff, der  durch Behandlung des     Azofarbstoffes    aus  der     nitrierten    1-     Dia.zo    - 2-     ogynaphtha,lin    -     4-          sulfosäure    und     ss-Naphthol    mit     Chromfo;

  rmiat     in der     Wärme    und in Gegenwart von Na  triumacetat     entsteht,    mit. Kupferverbindun  gen, die durch Einwirkung von Alkalien  auf Kupfersalze     in        Gegenwart    von Glyzerin  entstehen,     behandelt.     



  Der neue     Farbstoff        ist    in Wasser mit       violettschwarzer,    in 10     %iger    Natronlauge  mit rötlich braunvioletter und in     konzen-          trierter    Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe lös  lich. Er färbt Wolle und Seide in schwarzen  Tönen an.  



       Beispiel:     Eine nachdem Beispiel der Patentschrift  Nr. 130155 erhältliche, 70 Teile der Chrom  verbindung des     Azofarbstoffes    aus der       nitrierten        Dia.zoverbindung    der     1-Amino-2'-          oxy        na.phtha.lin-4-sulfosäure    und     ss-Naphthol       enthaltende Lösung     wird    vom dem     Aussalzen     bei 40' mit .einer kupferhaltigen Lösung aus  25     Teilen:

      Kupfersulfat, 15 Teilen Glyzerin,  55 Teilen Natronlauge von<B>30'</B>     B6    und  400 Teilen Wasser versetzt und     vier        Stunden     bei     dieser        Temperatur        gerührt.    Man bringt  die teilweise     ausgeschiedene        Chrom-Kupfer-          verbindung    durch Zugabe von 30 Teilen Es  sigsäure in Lösung,     filtriert,    salzt aus und  trocknet.
