Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Salzes einer organischen Säure mit einem Alkaloid.    Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines Salzes einer organischen  Base mit einer organischen Säure beschrieben,  das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die  Lösung eines Salzes des     1-(N-methyl-diäthyl-          aminoäthyl)-amino-4-amidobenzols    auf die  Lösung eines Salzes der     Methylendisalicyl-          säure    in molekularer Menge einwirken lässt.  



  Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist  nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Salzes  einer organischen Säure mit einem Alkaloid,  das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man  die Lösung eines Salzes des Strychnins auf  die Lösung eines Salzes der     4.4'-Tetramethyl-          diaminodiphenylmethan-2.2'-disulfosäure    in  molekularer Menge einwirken lässt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>229</B> Gewichtsteile     4.4'-tetramethyldia-          minodiphenylmethan-2.2'-disulfosaures    Na  trium (vgl. die deutsche Patentschrift 65017)  werden in Wasser gelöst und dazu eine  wässrige Lösung von 397 Gewichtsteilen       Strychninnitrat    unter Rühren langsam     zufliessen       gelassen. Das ausgefallene Salz wird     abge-          nutscht    und mit Wasser gewaschen. Es ist  frei von den organischen Bestandteilen der       Ausgangsstoffe    und stellt ein weisses Pulver  dar, das in Wasser sehr schwer löslich ist.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Salzes einer organischen Säure mit einem Alkaloid, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung eines Salzes des Strychnins auf die Lösung eines Salzes der 4.4'-Tetramethyldiaminodi- phenylmethan-2. 2'-disulfosäure in molekularer Menge einwirken lässt. Das neue Salz stellt ein in Wasser sehr schwer lösliches weisses Pulver dar, das an der Luft unverändert haltbar und beinahe geschmacklos ist. Es soll sowohl pharmazeutische, als auch technische Verwendung finden.
