Schnellaufende Flechtmaschine.
High-speed braiding machine. The braiding machines, which work up to one hour, only allow relatively low numbers of revolutions, with the bobbin spindles being guided in a guide groove of a ganypla.tte by means of rotating plates in the braiding heads. A wide variety of devices have been used to make the clapper spindles in the guide groove from one braiding head to the next one.
Controlled switches, deflectors or controlled clutches are popular means of doing this, but they are not always reliable, especially when you want the machines to run faster.
The present invention seeks the same purpose with simpler, but with high numbers of revolutions so as to reach safe means to it. According to the invention, when the clapper spindles are driven by rotating drive plates, a foot bridge, which sits on the clapper spindles and is guided on both sides by means of two running balls in a guideway of the gear plate, is pivoted for the transition of the clapper spindles from one braided head to the next by a control organ,
that when it is supported by the rear ball in a lever-like rash at the other end, it is pushed off in order to allow the front, leading ball to pass over into the part of the guideway of the gangway that belongs to the next braid head. Controlled switches, deflectors or other sensitive means are completely eliminated here, so that if you also take into account that the bobbin spindles are as light as possible, the machine can run much faster than before.
The subject of the invention is shown in an embodiment example with two braided heads on beilie gender drawing. although the number of braiding heads can vary. 1 shows a vertical section and FIG. 2 a horizontal section through the lower part of the machine; Fig. 3 illustrates a detail for explaining the bridge control, and Fig. 4 is a schematic top view of the machine on a smaller scale.
The gear plate is designated with a. In it is a semicircular profiled, Füh approximate groove b for the bobbin spindles seen before, which is self-contained and has in the braided heads to the transition point from a braided head in the other circular railway lines.
A foot bridge <I> d '</I> provided on the clapper spindles <I> d </I> runs by means of two balls c arranged on one side and on the other side of the same in the guide groove b, under the drive of rotating plates h, the on the hollow central axis i. of the braiding heads are rotatably mounted and are provided on the circumference with recesses h 'for gripping the shaft part of the bobbin spindles.
Above the foot bridge d ', a circular control roller f is loosely arranged on the shaft part of the clapper spindles d. This control roller f interacts with a control disk j which is fastened on the axis <I> i </I> of the braiding heads. The shape of the control disks j is evident from FIGS. 2 and 3.
When the balls c of the foot bridge d 'of a bobbin spindle run in the guide groove b within a braiding head, the bobbin spindle revolves around the axis i of the same and around the braided chain thread x guided through it until the control roller f of the bobbin spindle reaches the angular ones Cam j 'of the control disk j approaches. From this moment on, the footbridge d ', supported by the rear ball c, becomes
by the cam j 'of the control disk j in the manner shown in Fig. <I> 3 </I> pivoted in such a way that it is pushed forward in a lever-like blowout to bring the front, leading ball c in such a position, that it can transition seamlessly into the part of the guide groove b of the gangway plate belonging to the next braided head.
The plates h. which serve to drive the bobbin spindle sit on sleeves na, which are loosely rotatable on the braided head axles i and passing through the gear plate a at the lower end are provided with gears o which receive their drive from the gear wheel p. The latter, together with a driving mating gear w, also forms a clutch gear that is controlled by the bobbin thread.
The bobbin thread is under the influence of the stressful thread monitor m, which falls on the shaft part of the bobbin spindle when the thread breaks. In order to counteract a tendency to creep up as a result of the rapid speed, the thread monitor m is sloping on the upper side in a roof-shaped manner and provided with catch grooves in which the air can catch in order to hold down the thread monitor if possible by means of air braking.
If the thread monitor has sunk as a result of a thread break, it comes into the area of a release finger r sitting on a vertical rod q in the course of the bobbin spindle circumference and causes this finger r2, which is sitting on the rod q, to swing out, with the result that the finger y2, running up against an inclined surface s' of a lever s positioned at s2, depresses it at the back, and raises it at the other end,
in order to lift a coupling bolt t coupling the wheel <I> p </I> with the driving mating wheel against the action of the spring t 'and thereby bolt on the transverse pins t2 of this dome, which penetrate the hub u of the driving wheel , and to disengage the clutch of the driving Ra des w at the claws t3 of the wheel p.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the barrel spindles are guided with their shaft part by means of a guide roller g seated thereon in a groove k 'of an upper guide plate, the outer guide wall of which, according to shape and radius of curvature, corresponds to the outer edge of the Guide groove <I> b </I> corresponds to gear plate <I> a </I>, and the inner guide wall of which is formed by plate parts from the profile shape of control disks 3.
In this way, good guidance is obtained for the clapper spindles, which cannot vibrate despite the rapid running of the machine. The braid is pulled off in a known manner by means of a reel (not shown), the drive of which is stepped from the driving wheel iv by a worm gear v.
The lever s is extended to an accessible handle, which also allows the machine drive to be switched off by hand.
