Description
Wäschezentrifugen-Trommel. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine aus einem Stück Aluminiumblech ge drückte oder gezogene Wäschezentrifugen Trommel mit stufenweisen Verjüngungen und von innen nach aussen ausgestanzten Wasser abflusslöchern.
Aur der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen teilweisen Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht desselben.
Es bedeuten 1 die Trommelwandung, 2 die stufenweisen Verjüngungen und 3 die Wasseraüsflusslöcher.
Die Trommel ist aus einem Stück Alumi niumblech gedrückt oder gezogen hergestellt und erhält dabei Abstufungen, durch welche die Wäsche verhindert wird, in die Höhe zu steigen. Die Löcher für den Ausfluss des Wassers sind von innen nach aussen ausge stanzt, wodurch der innere Lochrand abge rundet wird, was ein Zerreissen der Wäsche verhindert, während der äussere Lochrand einen Wulst bildet, der zur Versteifung der Trommelwand beiträgt.
Durch die Herstellung der Trommel aus Aluminiumblech wird dieselbe gegenüber andern aus schwererem Material hergestellten (zum Beispiel Kupfer oder Messingblech) be deutend leichter irn Gewicht, was für den Kraftbedarf und das rasche Anlaufen von Vorteil ist.
Laundry centrifuge drum. The subject matter of the present invention is a laundry centrifuge drum, pressed or drawn from a piece of aluminum sheet, with gradual tapers and water drainage holes punched out from the inside to the outside.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a partial longitudinal section and FIG. 2 a plan view of the same.
There are 1 the drum wall, 2 the stepwise tapering and 3 the water outflow holes.
The drum is made from a piece of aluminum sheet, pressed or drawn, with gradations that prevent the laundry from rising upwards. The holes for the outflow of water are punched out from the inside to the outside, which rounds the inner edge of the hole, which prevents the laundry from tearing, while the outer edge of the hole forms a bead that helps stiffen the drum wall.
Because the drum is made of sheet aluminum, it is significantly lighter in weight than others made of heavier material (for example copper or brass sheet), which is advantageous for the power requirement and rapid start-up.
