Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 145448. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man den Disazofarbstoff der Formel:

der durch Kuppeln von diazotierter Anthra- nilsäure in saurem Medium mit 2-Amino-5- oxynaphthalin-7-sulfosäure und Einwirkung von diazotierter 6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-4- sulfosäure auf den entstandenen Monoazofarb- stoff in alkalischem Medium erhalten werden kann, mit einem kupfer- und einem chrom abgebenden Mittel behandelt.
Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff stellt ein dunkel gefärbtes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit violetter, in konzentrierter Schwe felsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe löst und Vis kose in egalen, grauvioletten Tönen färbt. <I>Beispiel:</I> 6,8 Teile des Farbstoffes aus diazotierter 6-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-4-sulfosäure und dem Monoazofarbstoff, erhalten durch saure Kupp lung von diazotierter Anthranilsäure mit 2 Amino-5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfosäure, werden in 200 Teilen Wasser gelöst . und nach Zu gabe von etwas Ammoniak mit 1,25 Teilen CuS04 als Kupferoxydammoniaklösung wäh rend kurzer Zeit behandelt.
Der Farbstoff wird durch Essigsäure abgeschieden. Er wird neuerdings in 600 Teilen Wasser gelöst und mit 2,2 Teilen Cr20s als Fluorchromlösung rückfliessend gekocht, bis Chromierung erfolgt ist. Der Farbstoff wird, eventuell nach vor herigem Eindampfen, durch Salz abgeschieden.
