Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Waschmittels. Es ist bekannt, Trinatriumphosphat als Waschmittel im Haushalt, in der Grosswä scherei usw. zu verwenden. Die Herstellung des Trinatriumphosphates erfolgte bisher da durch, dass man Phosphorsäure zunächst mit Soda in das Dinatriumphosphat und an schliessend mit Ätznatron in das Trinatrium- phosphatüberführte. Dem Trinatriumphosphat wird gelegentlich auch Natriumsilikat zur Unterstützung der Waschwirkung zugesetzt.
Es wurde gefunden, dass man auf einem unmittelbaren und daher einfacheren und bil ligeren Wege zu einem Trinatriumphosphat und Natronwasserglas enthaltendem Wasch mittel gelangen kann, wenn man das bei der elektrothermischen Herstellung von Phosphor anfallende, siliziumhaltige Phosphoreisen mit Soda aufschliesst, mit Wasser auslaugt und zur Trockne eindampft.
Man kann dabei so verfahren, dass man das bei der elektrothermischen Herstellung von Phosphor unter Benutzung eisenhaltiger Rohstoffe als Nebenprodukt anfallende Phos phoreisen, das einen im Verhältnis zum Phos phorgehalt erheblichen Siliziumgehalt in Höhe von einigen Prozent aufweist, mit Soda unter Luftzufuhr auf Rotglut erhitzt. Das Röst produkt wird mit Wasser gut ausgelaugt und die vom Eisenoxyd abfiltrierte Lauge zur Trockne eingedampft.
Bei diesem Verfahren geht, wie gefunden wurde, gleichzeitig das in dem Phosphoreisen enthaltene Silizium überraschend leicht in Natriumsilikat über und verbleibt als Wasser glas in dem im wesentlichen aus Trinatrium- phosphat bestehenden Endprodukt, so dass ein besonderer Zusatz von Wasserglas nicht mehr erforderlich ist.
<I>Beispiel:</I> <B>100</B> Teile gepulvertes Phosphoreisen mit 20 % P, 6,8 % Si und 73 % Fe werden mit 140 Teilen wasserfreier Soda gemischt und unter ausreichender Luftzufuhr auf Rotglut erhitzt, wobei Schmelzvorgänge nach Möglich keit vermieden werden. Das Reaktionspro dukt wird mit Wasser ausgelaugt, die Lauge vom Rückstand getrennt und zur Trockne verdampft.
Man erhält<B>156</B> Teile eines Ge- misohes, das 290% P2Os und 40o Si0z als Natriumsalze enthält.

It has been found that one can get to a detergent containing trisodium phosphate and soda waterglass in a more immediate and therefore simpler and cheaper way if the silicon-containing phosphorus iron obtained in the electrothermal production of phosphorus is digested with soda, leached with water and dried evaporates.
One can proceed in such a way that the phosphorus iron, which is obtained as a by-product in the electrothermal production of phosphorus using iron-containing raw materials and has a silicon content of a few percent in relation to the phosphorus content, is heated to red heat with soda with a supply of air. The roasted product is leached well with water and the lye filtered from the iron oxide is evaporated to dryness.
In this process, as has been found, the silicon contained in the phosphorus iron is surprisingly easily converted to sodium silicate and remains as water glass in the end product consisting essentially of trisodium phosphate, so that a special addition of water glass is no longer necessary.
<I> Example: </I> <B> 100 </B> parts of powdered phosphorus iron with 20% P, 6.8% Si and 73% Fe are mixed with 140 parts of anhydrous soda and heated to red heat with a sufficient supply of air, whereby Melting processes are avoided if possible. The reaction product is leached with water, the liquor is separated from the residue and evaporated to dryness.
156 parts of a mixture are obtained which contain 290% P2Os and 40o SiO2 as sodium salts.
