Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohren mit verstärkten Verbindungsenden.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfah  ren zur Herstellung von Rohren     mit    ver  stärkten Verbindungsenden, das sich dadurch  kennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Rohrende  durch     Überschieben    einer besonderen Muffe  verstärkt wird, worauf das Rohrende gemein  sam mit der Verstärkungsmuffe     in    die end  gültige Form gebracht wird.  



  Das Rohr kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass  dasselbe mindestens ein Ende mit doppelter  Wandung aufweist, die zur Sicherung gegen  Verschiebung am äussersten Rohrende zweck  mässig umgebördelt ist.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine Verbindungs  stelle von zwei Rohren mit nach dem vor  liegenden Verfahren hergestellten Verbin  dungsenden dargestellt.  



  Das Rohr 1 trägt an seinem Ende die  Muffe 2, die durch eine zweite Muffe 3 ver  stärkt ist. Die Muffe 3 wird als zylindrische  Muffe auf das zunächst zylindrische Ende des  Rohres 1 aufgeschoben und hiernach das  Rohr und die Muffe miteinander durch Wal-         zen    oder Pressen in die endgültige Form der  Verbindungsmuffe gebracht.  



  Die Muffe kann sich nach dem äussern       Muffenende    hin verengen, derart, dass die       Verpackung    4, 5 nicht aus der Muffe treten  kann.  



  Die äussere Muffe 3 ist vorteilhaft an  ihrem Ende 6 nach innen umgebördelt, um  eine Verschiebung derselben auf der innern  Rohrmuffe zu verhindern.  



  Zweckmässig erhält das zur Rohrverbin  dung bestimmte Ende 8 des zweiten Rohres     i          eine        Umbördelung    nach aussen, um demselben  mehr Halt gegen     Auseinanderziehen    zu geben  und das Gleiten aus der Verpackung zu ver  hindern.

  The tube 1 carries at its end the sleeve 2, which is strengthened by a second sleeve 3 ver. The sleeve 3 is pushed as a cylindrical sleeve onto the initially cylindrical end of the pipe 1 and then the pipe and the sleeve are brought together into the final shape of the connecting sleeve by rolling or pressing.



  The sleeve can narrow towards the outer sleeve end in such a way that the packaging 4, 5 cannot emerge from the sleeve.



  The outer sleeve 3 is advantageously flanged inwards at its end 6 in order to prevent it from shifting on the inner pipe sleeve.



  Appropriately, the intended Rohrverbin end 8 of the second tube i receives a bead to the outside to give the same more hold against pulling apart and to prevent sliding out of the packaging ver.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rohren mit verstärkten Verbindungsenden, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Rohrende durch Überschieben einer be sonderen Muffe verstärkt wird, worauf das Rohrende gemeinsam mit der Ver- stärkungsmuffe in die endgültige Form gebracht wird. II. Rohr, hergestellt nach dem Verfahren ge mäss Patentanspruch I, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass dasselbe an mindestens einem Ende doppelte Wandung aufweist. UNTERANSPRüCHE 1. <B> PATENT CLAIMS: </B> I.
