Description

    Nach Einsetzen des RingesB     (Fig.   3) wird  die Zentrifuge in Bewegung gesetzt und der  Kuchen K legt sich in bekannter Form ge  gen den perforierten RingB. Mit Rücksicht  darauf,     dass    dieser Ring viele und relativ  grosse Bohrungen besitzt, ist es möglich,  während des Spinnens     bezw.    während der  Formung des Kuchens eine Waschflüssig  keit in den. den Faden zur Spinnzentrifuge  führenden Trichter     U    einlaufen zu lassen,  diesen Faden während der Kuchenbildung zu  neutralisieren und die Waschflüssigkeit nach  erfolgtem Durchtritt durch die Fadenlagen  durch die Perforation     abzuschleudern.    Man  kann aber auch die bisherigen Spinntöpfe  für vorliegendes Verfahren verwenden;

Process and device for the direct and abbreviated production of rayon using the spin pot spinning process. For a long time, the process of decaying the spinning pot is done in such a way that the acidic, salty cake spun in the spinning pot is dumped onto a support board and placed in a steam chamber in order to prevent the salts from crystallizing out,

etc. The cake steamed in this way is then reeled into strands in the wet and acidic state on the reel machine and fit in the wet and acidic state, in order to then be washed in strand form, stretched on special tensioners and dried so that the strand can stretch not shortened during drying and -certain valuable properties.

Only after the so-called "first drying" has taken place under tension are the strands (a second time) treated in vats, namely desulphurized, bleached, centrifuged and dried again. After this second drying, the strands have to be knocked out (stretched) and sorted before they can be brought into the winding form suitable for the textile industry (cross-wound bobbins, disc bobbins or the like).

The previous spinning pots are known to be made of aluminum and lined with hard rubber, or made entirely of hard rubber or other acid-resistant materials. There are holes in the walls of the pot through which the spinning bath can be discharged. Due to the centrifugal force, the Fa denlagen are strongly pressed against the walls of the pot and the acid cake that is formed adheres firmly to the walls of the spinning pot, so that it can only be removed with great difficulty for the purpose of further treatment described above.

In this case, many cakes become unusable due to the warping of the thread layers and damage to the capillary threads and the waste gets there.

The complexity of this process is obvious, and this is also the reason for the high purchase and sale price of even the spinning-pot rayon, as well as the large number of damaged strands.

According to the present method, these difficulties are also eliminated, the costly working method is simplified and the material is very spared. For this method, however, it is necessary also to design the device for carrying out the method, that is to say in particular the spin drum as such, different from the usual.

Instead of using the usual, relatively expensive, spinning pot made of hard rubber or other acid-resistant, smoothly polished material, ordinary 'unlined, inexpensive pots which do not need to be polished inside can be used, some of which are shown in the accompanying drawing Embodiments shows.

FIG. 1 shows a section and FIG. 2 shows a top view of the pot and the cake.

The pot T, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2, has ribs a and at two or more points ribs b, which are attached close to each other, which a Zwi - formschenratim c. A perforated one-part or multi-part ring B (Fig. 3) is placed in this spinning bowl designed in this way so that its flanges d in the corresponding slots c (Fig. 2) engage.

    After inserting the ring  B  (Fig.  3) , the centrifuge is set in motion and the cake K lies in a known manner against the perforated ring  B. < / B> Considering that this ring has many and relatively large bores, it is possible, respectively, during spinning. a washing liquid speed in the during the formation of the cake. to allow the funnel U leading to the spinning centrifuge to run in, to neutralize this thread during cake formation and to throw off the washing liquid through the perforation after it has passed through the thread layers. But you can also use the previous spinning pots for the present process;

but in this case the ring R (FIG. 4) must be provided with stiffening ribs V at several points so that it cannot be pressed against the walls of the spinning pot and close the perforations of the spinning pot. Due to the centrifugal force, the multi-part (Fig. 3) or the one-part (Fig. 4) elastic ring R with its ribs V is pressed against the walls of the rotating pot and taken along.

The spinning bowl lid W protects against it being thrown out (Fig. 1).

In order to prevent the first spun threads of the cake K resting against the ring B from being pressed into the perforation, the ring R (FIGS. 3 and 4) is provided with a porous fabric, for example nettle N, covered. After completion of the washed out cake, the spinning pot is tipped over so that the cake, together with the ring B , slips out onto a suitable surface.

Since the ring R (Fig. 3) consists of several parts, the parts can easily be removed and you get a washed out, undeformed or otherwise damaged spider cake. The ring R can be made from one piece exist, but must be elastic so that it can be widened in order to remove it from the kitchen. In order to avoid the warping of the inner thread layers, a resilient sleeve, which is slightly variable in diameter and need not be perforated. 31, Fig. 2) into the interior of the spinning cake, which by virtue of its spring force is applied tightly to the inner thread layers of the cake being washed out.

The cake is then placed in the dryer with the sleeve. Since the cuff M is resilient and variable in diameter, its diameter decreases by itself in proportion to the wrinkling of the threads that take place during drying, so that the cake sits firmly on the cuff M even in the dry state. If necessary, a suitable adjustable tensioning device can be inserted into the interior of the cuff M to increase the spring force of the cuff.

After drying, the balls, which are firmly seated on the sleeve, can be brought directly to the winding machine and put into winding forms, as required in each case for the textile industry, without the cake, as has been customary up to now, being in strand form and then through Rewinding brings to the winding form required for the textile industry.

The treatment liquids required to remove the residues from production are introduced into the spinning pot and, by means of centrifugal force, are pressed through the layers of threads of the cake. In this case, however, it is appropriate that, in order to avoid the discarding of the inner thread layers in this multiple post-treatment of the spinning cake in the interior of the cake, instead of the elastic cuff described above, an identical, but perforated, cuff Diameter is also adjustable, before injecting the desulfurization,

Bleach and color liquid is used. The cake can then be dried on this insert sleeve, which is perforated in this way, as described above, and brought from the sleeve directly onto the winding machine for the production of the winding form suitable for the textile industry. Artificial silk is thus obtained in one operation in a roll-up form suitable for the textile industry, avoiding the previously mentioned, time-consuming and costly manipulations that have been customary up to now.

But you can also achieve this Nachbehan deln the spinning cake in the pot in an even simpler 'space' and apparatus to save the way. Instead of the above-described spinning pot with ring B , a double-walled spinning pot, as shown in FIG. 5, also with ring, is used. Only the inner wall of this double-walled pot has perforations P, and only in those places which are subsequently covered by the layers of threads of the cake. The spinning bath which is thrown off penetrates through the channel L to the outlet next to the spindle 8 on which the pot is placed.

Even when using the double-walled spinning pot, the thread can be washed at least during spinning, as described above.

In order not to stress the spinning machine during the aftertreatment of the cake in the spinning pot, the double-walled spinning pot is Tig. 5) in vacuum washing devices, as in this side of Switzerland. Patent No.'115282 described, brought and placed on the support surface Y, as shown in Fig. 6 , with a corresponding removal on the nozzle X, which lead to the vacuum line J , put on.

In these apparatuses, the cake can be washed, desulphurised, bleached and, if necessary, colored and made pliable in the same way as in the treatment of the perforated spinning bobbin described above by means of vacuum, by running in, sucking off and recovering the treatment liquid required here as described above for the coil treatment. This method also gives a refined synthetic thread in cake form, which, as described above, can be brought directly into a winding form suitable for the textile industry or into a strand form.

Such strands need because the thread has already been pretreated in the spinning pot. or is even bleached or dyed, in strand form no longer to be treated further, whereby the artificial silk is present with an undisputed cross and without other damage occurring during treatment in strand form and can be processed easily and without waste.

It goes without saying that the spinning cake, as long as it is still in the spinning pot, - does not matter which exemplary embodiments described in this patent document it was created - also on other than here described manner can be treated with after treatment fluids without changing the essence of this invention anything.

For example, one does not need to post-treat the spinning cake at all or only partially with washing or other coating liquids using ring B, but the cake in the spinning pot can be used after the spinning pot has been lifted off the spinning machine and inserting the perforated sleeve M in the interior of the cake after-treating in such a way that instead of the usual spinning pot lid with a large opening through which the spinning funnel enters the spinning pot is introduced,

a cover designed according to FIG. 7 is used. The lid I does not close the pot. from and has expediently designed connections II through which the washing and then the aftertreatment liquids can be introduced into the pot. The washing and aftertreatment liquids are directed into the pot through the connections II on the lid I with the required gradient and pass through the perforated sleeve M, the cake, the perforated ring B and pass through the holes in the spinning pot Outside.

For further use, the treatment fluids are applied and - as described above - possibly prepared for regulation and reuse. After washing and finishing. treatment, the lid is removed and the cake with the Nanscliette M and the ring B tipped out together. The ring R is removed and the cake is dried on the flexible cuff M and processed further as described.
