Description

  

  Schichtgebilde für bauliche Zwecke.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Schichtgebilde für bauliche Zwecke, das ins  besondere als .wasch- und lichtechter Wand  bekleidungsstoff verwendbar ist und ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung dieses Materials.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung weist das Schicht  gebilde eine     Gewebestofflage    auf, welche     mit-          telst    eines Bindemittels mit einer Papierlage  unzertrennlich verbunden ist. Es ist ferner  mit lichtechter Ölfarbe belegt.  



  Das ebenfalls Gegenstand der     Erfindung     bildende Verfahren zur Herstellung des  Schichtgebildes besteht darin, dass. die     Ge-          webestofflage    mit Hilfe eines Bindemittels  mit einer Papierlage- verbunden wird, worauf  die vereinigten Lagen einem hohen, zum  Beispiel mittelst Walzen, erzeugten Druck  ausgesetzt werden, zum Zwecke, die Fasern  der     Gewebestofflage    in die Papierlage ein  zudrücken und dadurch ein unzertrennliches  Gefüge zu erhalten, was für den     nachherigen     Belag mit Ölfarbe von grösster Wichtigkeit  ist, da keine hohlen Stellen entstehen dürfen.  Hierauf wird der Stoff mit lichtechter Ölfarbe    belegt.

   Der     Ölfarbbelag    erfolgt lediglich auf  die     Gewebestoffseite.    Das Schichtgebilde wird  nach dem Belag zum Trocknen in lange  horizontal angebrachte Gestelle gezogen. Die  Papierlage ist die Rückseite und lässt sich  somit dieses Schichtgebilde als     Wandstoff     wie eine Tapete aufziehen.  



  Zweckmässig wird als     Gewebestofflage    ein  leichtes     straminartiges    Gewebe verwendet,  das an sich schon ein Dessin (Muster) auf  weist, das aber nach Belieben noch mit     ÖI-          farbendessindruck    versehen werden     kann.

  The method for producing the layer structure, which is also the subject of the invention, consists in that the fabric layer is connected to a paper layer with the aid of a binding agent, whereupon the combined layers are subjected to a high pressure generated, for example by means of rollers, for the purpose to press the fibers of the fabric layer into the paper layer and thereby obtain an inseparable structure, which is of great importance for the subsequent coating with oil paint, since no hollow areas must be created. The fabric is then covered with lightfast oil paint.

   The oil paint is only applied to the fabric side. After the covering, the layer structure is pulled into long, horizontal racks to dry. The paper layer is the back and this layer structure can therefore be pulled up as a wall material like wallpaper.



  It is expedient to use a light canvas-like fabric as the fabric layer, which in itself already has a design (pattern), but which can also be provided with an oil color impression at will.
