Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes der     Anthraehinonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen Farb  stoff der     Anthrachinonreihe    erhält, wenn man  die     Leukoverbindung    des     1.4.5.8-Tetraoxy-          anthrachinons    in wässerigem Medium in Ge  genwart von Borsäure mit     ss    -     Oxyäthylamin     erhitzt, wobei wahrscheinlich 2     Mol        P-Oxy-          äthylamin    mit einem     Mol    des obigen     Antbra-          chinonderivates    kondensieren,

   und das so er  haltene Kondensationsprodukt zum     Anthra-          chinonderivat    oxydiert.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles  Pulver und löst sich in organischen Lösungs  mitteln mit grünblauer Farbe auf. Er färbt       Acetatseide    nach geeigneter     Verpastung    in  tensiv grünblau.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    2,7 Teile 1.4.5.8 -     Leukotetraoxyanthra.-          chinon,    in Form einer feinen Paste, werden  mit 35 Teilen Wasser, 2,7 Teilen     R-Oxyäthyl-          amin    und 2 Teilen Borsäure unter Luftzutritt  in kochendem Wasserbade     '/$-1    Stunde er-         hitzt,

  .    wobei 2     Mol        @-Oxyäthylamin    mit einem       Mol        Leukotetraoxyanthrachinon    reagieren. Es  wird     abfiltriert,    mit heissem Wasser gewaschen  und mit     Sulfitablauge    oder ähnlich wirkenden  Produkten     verpastet.     



  Die Kondensation     kann    auch unter Luft  abschluss vorgenommen werden, wobei das       Leukoderivat    des Farbstoffes entsteht, wel  ches nachträglich an der Luft oder sonst in  geeigneter Weise oxydiert werden kann.  



  Ohne     Borsäurezusatz    entsteht unter sonst  genau gleichen Bedingungen ein Produkt;  welches     Acetatseide    in trübere und bedeutend       rotstichigern,    blauen Tönen anfärbt.

  The dye obtained forms a dark powder and dissolves in organic solvents with a green-blue color. After suitable pasting, it dyes acetate silk in a deep green-blue. <I> Example: </I> 2.7 parts 1.4.5.8 - Leukotetraoxyanthra.- quinone, in the form of a fine paste, are mixed with 35 parts of water, 2.7 parts of R-oxyethylamine and 2 parts of boric acid with the admission of air in in a boiling water bath / $ - 1 hour heated,

  . wherein 2 moles @ -oxyethylamine react with one mole of leukotetraoxyanthraquinone. It is filtered off, washed with hot water and pasted with sulphite waste liquor or similar products.



  The condensation can also be carried out in the absence of air, the leuco derivative of the dye being formed, which can subsequently be oxidized in air or in some other suitable manner.



  Without the addition of boric acid, a product is created under exactly the same conditions; which dyes acetate silk in cloudy and significantly reddish tinged blue tones.
