Description

Hollow rubber inflatable body and method of making it. The present invention relates to an inflatable rubber body in the form of a person. or animal with spatial protrusions lying outside the plane of symmetry, as well as a method for its manufacture., creation.

Inflatable, figures depicting rubber, hlkörper, which consist of two rubber plates that are connected by a welded punch., S, cut, are known. These figures have the disadvantage that the punched seams lie in the plane of symmetry, so that profiling, which can only be achieved by punching, is only possible in one plane.

The spatial continuations., ## q.tze of these Fio-Uren, are also only in (ler symmetry or plate plane. The inflatable figures created there miss the truth of life.

Ivla.ii has therefore proposed inflatable rubber figures in which the spatial extensions lie outside the plane of symmetry, and either figures have been produced that carry a uni den o, anzen, circumference of the hollow body part la.Li enden consisting of two parts insert ring or figures that carry a folded insert piece at individual points, for example there. where the legs of an animal body to be formed are attached.

In these hollow bodies, the seams that give the profile lie in different planes. In the deflated state of the figures, however, these planes are essentially parallel to one another. These figures therefore also lack the truth of life, since in nature the vexsellied profiles lie in sealed, intersecting levels.

Apart from that, if an arbitrary shape movement, which is only possible through the use of an insert ring consisting of two parts, is strived for, the profile at individual points of the hollow body is only made by two seams that are parallel to each other levels can be achieved. This also contradicts in very many cases the reality of the characters that exist in nature.

Furthermore, the figure ends produced in this way have the disadvantage that at least three seams in parallel planes. which, although the current methods of welding punching are very perfect, those existing at the seams according to the invention are visible. Leakage dangerous areas are increased.

These disadvantages are avoided with the inventive method in that a pre-workpiece, which is punched with at least one of its not straight lines, is punched together by welding with a plate in the expanded state, so

that the weld seams lie in intersecting planes in an uninflated state.

In the drawing, an embodiment - example of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically.

FIG. 1 is a cross-section through two rubber pads that are used for punching out and placed one on top of the other, FIG. 2 is a plan view of these rubber plates after the first punching process, FIG. 3 is a section along line Ei-F of Fig. 2,

Fig. 4 is a plan view of the rubber sheets according to Fig. 9. in unfolded or. C expanded state, FIG. 5 a section along line E-F in FIG. 4, FIG. 6 a plan view of the gumra plates.

Fig. 5 after the lower edge has been folded over, Fig. 7 is a section along line G-H in Fig. 6, Fig. 8 a plan corresponding to Fig. # 6 after completion of the second punching line forming the lower edge,

9 shows a floor plan of the preliminary work according to FIG. Unfolding of the lower edge that was previously folded in, Fig. 10, a section line JK of Fig. 9, Fig. 11, Fig . 9 corresponding floor plan after deposit,

of the spread out preliminary work piece is shown somewhat larger with a second, clearly visible slate: rubber plate.

FIG. 12 shows a section along line J-K in FIGS. 11 and 11. 13 a plan view of a clown figure punched out from the parts according to FIGS. 11 and 13 in the deflated state: FIG. 14 is a diagram of the figure according to FIG. 13 in the inflated state.

In order to produce the rubber body according to FIG. 14, the two rubber plates 1 and 2 are first placed on top of one another in the manner shown in FIG. 1.

Then the two panels 1 and 2 along the side wall '3 (Fig, 2.) are plunged out and welded together at the same time. which seam determines the shape of a number of the protruding parts of the figure, such as the nose 4 and the belly 5, and, accordingly, does not represent a straight line, but a curved or jagged line.

Well, el-i - this first punching, the plates 1 and 2 are again in the middle: folded in and out (Fig. 5). Since such folding or folding can only take place along a straight line, the projections shaped by the die cut now protrude,

for example the nose 4 and the belly 5 upwards (forwards), like this FinG. 5 can be recognized.

It is now the feet to farm the figure that should also stand forward. For this purpose, the lower edge of the workpiece is turned over in the manner shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, so that this lower edge strip 6 </ B> comes to lie behind the plates 1 and 2 (Firg , 7).

Then, along the odd line 7 , a second welded punching cut is made, which forms the feet, 8 (FIG. 8). - Then the rough strip 6 is spread out again in a level with the plates 1 and 2, whereby because of the The shape of the seam 7 which deviates from a straight line, the feet 8 are in the manner shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 Set up perpendicular to the slabs 1 and 2.

Then a second rubber plate 9 is placed behind the a.:us# the plates 1 and 2 existing, spread out workpiece (Fig. 11) and the outer contour, the desired Clown figurines are punched from the plates 1, 2 and 9 together along the line 10 , as shown in FIG. 13 shows, and welded along the seam.

The completely inflated figure then has the appearance of FIG. 14.

For the sake of clarity, the parts shown, such as the eyes and mouth, are shown in FIG. 13. Of course, these parts can be painted on before or after punching. As can be seen, the three solid white seams lie in cutting E planes.

Introductory has only been spoken of two different rubber sheets for the sake of clarity and convenience. Of course, instead of two separate plates, a double plate made by Itung oe could also be used, similar to how it was described for the training feet.
