Description

Skistockteller.

Ski pole plate. As is known, the ski pole plate usually consists of an annular body of larger diameter on which a belt mesh is provided through which a ring arranged centrally in the ring is attached to the first rem. The ski pole is in turn fastened to this ring in a suitable manner by screws or the like, so that a belt connection is formed between the pole and the ring body. The latter is generally made of natural pipe, as a single or double ring, in which case a pipe is laid around twice. When forming a ring, the pipe ends are chamfered on one side and nailed together at the inclined points.

In the case of double rings, the rings have to be nailed in three or more places in order to keep the ring strokes firmly together. To secure the connection point of the pipe ends, the ends are wrapped around with pipe or wire or fastened with wire clips. The leather covering of the ring is then carried out in such a way that the straps are pulled through the eyelets arranged on the middle metal ring for the stick and looped around the large tubular ring, whereupon the ends of the straps are fastened to one another by riveting. In order to prevent the straps from slipping on the pipe ring, it has hitherto been necessary to nail the straps to the pipe.

These known ski stockteller now have significant parts after. In particular, the production method is cumbersome and tedious, as the order to wrap the junction of the pipe ends takes a long time. So then the secure connection of the same is not guaranteed by the nailing of the parts. The suspension of the leather upholstery on the plate is also relatively low.

All of these disadvantages are overcome by the subject matter of the present invention. A characterizing feature of the inven tion is that for the attachment of the pipe ends and leather covering staples in the form of U-shaped bent brackets, preferably double brackets with stand in from each other legs are arranged on the ski pole plate.

The staples are preferably pushed from the outside over the tubular ring and the legs of the same are bent together on the inside. When making the staple from wire, the wire brackets are provided at a distance from each other equal to the usual belt width. They have a curvature corresponding to the tube thickness at the bending point, while the wire parts connecting the stirrups are preferably set with sharp fer right-angled bend. When arranging the staple at the connection point of the pipe ends, the latter only need to be nailed lightly.

The cramp legs that are bent together on the inside of the ring result in an absolutely firm connection of the pipe ends and the cramp cannot move sideways, since their legs are pressed slightly into the pipe material when they are bent. The required number of staples is then distributed on the ring to fasten the parts of the leather.

In the case of double rings, the two rings are then firmly connected to one another by the individual clips so that they do not need to be nailed. A bending open of the staples cannot occur, since the legs of the same are held in the bent state by the looped straps of the leather covering.

In addition to the simplified production of the ski pole plate, the subject matter of the invention receives the leather covering of the same a much tighter and consequently more resilient seat than is the case with the well-known ski pole plates.

In the drawing, the subject invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment. It shows: Fig. 1, the fastening clamp in a visual representation, Fig. 2 a simple tubular ring with crosswise arranged leather coverings, Figs. 3 and 4 a double tubular ring with various types of leather coverings, Fig. 5 a section along line V-V of Fig. 3.

The fastening clamp a is designed as a U-shaped double wire bracket, the brackets b and c being arranged by cross members d from each other. The U-shaped bent legs bi and ei of the bracket b respectively. c point at the bend b2 respectively. c2 has a curvature corresponding to the thickness of the tubular ring e.

The cross members d are preferably at right angles to the legs bi BEZW. ei attached and their length corresponds to the belt width of the leather covering that is required for use.

The attachment of the fastening staples is carried out in such a way that at the connection point f of the pipe ends, as well as at the fastening points of the leather covering, a staple a is pushed from the outside of the ring onto the latter and bent together on the inside, such that the transverse parts d . come to rest on each other.

As a result, eyelets g are formed through which the straps h of the leather covering are drawn, the ends of which are then fastened in a manner known per se by rivets i or the like. In the case of a double pipe ring, the staples grip over both rings.

The staple can of course also be made from sheet metal that is punched and bent in the same way.
