Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 152874. verfabren zur Herstellung eines Umwandlungsproduktes von Hartparaffin. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Umwand lungsproduktes von Hartparaffin, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man ein Chlorierungspro- dukt von Hartparaffin, das 3,4 Chloratome, auf das mittlere Molekulargewicht berechnet, enthält, mit einer Natronlauge von mindestens 23 % Ätznatrongehalt unter Druck auf Tern- peraturen über 230 erhitzt.
Das so erhaltene Produkt ist ein helles viskoses 01, das nach einiger Zeit beim Stehen bei etwa 15 zu einer hellgelben Salbe erstarrt. Das Produkt ist chlorfrei, be sitzt eine Jodzahl von 98 und eine Acetyl- zahl von 138. Es kann als Fettungs- oder Schmiermittel usw. direkt oder als Bestand teil von Emulsionen in der Textil-, Leder usw. -Industrie mit Vorteil Verwendung fin den. Ausserdem kann es auf Grund seiner Reaktionsfähigkeit mit geeigneten Agenzien in weitere neue, technisch wertvolle Stoffe übergeführt werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 129 kg eines durch Chlorierung von Hart paraffin vom F.<B>56-580</B> erhältlichen Chlor paraffins, das 3,4 Chloratome, auf das mittlere Molekulargewicht berechnet, enthält, werden mit 165 kg Natronlauge<B>33'</B> Be etwa 20 Stunden auf 230-235 im Autoklaven unter Rühren erhitzt. Nach dein Erkalten wird das erhaltene Öl von der alkalischen Lösung ge trennt, mit warmem, zweckmässig etwas an gesäuertem Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.

- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Umwand lungsproduktes von Hartparaffin, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man ein Chlorierungspro- dukt von Hartparaffin, das 3,4 Chloratome, auf das mittlere Molekulargewicht berechnet, enthält, mit einer Natronlauge von mindestens 23 /o Ätznatrongehalt unter Druck auf Tem peraturen über<B>230'</B> erhitzt. Das so erhaltene Produkt ist ein helles viskoses Öl, das nach einiger Zeit beim Stehen bei etwa<B>160</B> zu einer hellgelben Salbe erstarrt. Das Produkt ist chlorfrei, be sitzt eine Jodzahl von 98 und eine Acetyl- zahl von 138.Es kann als Fettungs- oder Schmiermittel usw. direkt oder als Bestand teil von Emulsionen in der Textil-, Leder usw. -Industrie mit Vorteil Verwendung fin- den. Ausserdem kann es auf Grund seiner Reaktionsfäbigkeit mit geeigneten Agenzien in weitere neue, technisch wertvolle Stoffe übergeführt werden.
