Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstofes. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines güpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Hol 4. 8-Diaminoanthraehinon- 1 .2-akridon mit 2 Hol 1-Chloranthrachinon umsetzt und das erhaltene Produkt mit einem carbazolierenden Mittel behandelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 50 Gewichtsteile 4.8-Diaminoanthrachi- non-1. 2-akridon (erhältlich aus 1-Chlor-4. 8- diaminoanthrachinon und Anthranilsäure) werden mit 70 Gewichtsteilen 1-Chlorantbra- chinon, 50 Gewichtsteilen Natriumacetat, 10 Gewichtsteilen Magnesiumogyd, 2 Gewichts teilen Kupferpulver und 2 Gewichtsteilen Kupferchlorid in<B>1000</B> Gewichtsteilen Naph thalin einige Stunden zum Sieden erhitzt.
Nach beendigter Reaktion wird mit Toluol verdünnt und abgesaugt und das Reaktions produkt mit verdünnter Salzsäure ausgekocht. 5 Gewichtsteile des so erhaltenen Kon densationsproduktes werden mit 20 Gewichts teilen Aluminiumchlorid in 50 Gewichtsteilen Pyridin kurze Zeit auf l20-130 erhitzt, bis sich eine aufgearbeitete Probe in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure violett löst. Die Schmelze wird nun in eine Lösung von 50 Gewichtsteilen Ätznatron in 400 Gewichts teilen Wasser eingerührt. 100 cm3 Chlorlauge werden zugefügt und dann das Pyridin mit Wasserdampf abgetrieben. Das erhaltene Pro dukt stellt ein oliv gefärbtes Pulver dar, das sich in Schwefelsäure violett löst.
Baumwolle wird aus gelbbrauner Küpe sehr kräftig in gelbatichig oliven Tönen von vorzüglicher Echtheit angefärbt.

<I> Example: </I> 50 parts by weight of 4.8-diaminoanthraquinone-1. 2-akridon (obtainable from 1-chloro-4. 8-diaminoanthraquinone and anthranilic acid) are mixed with 70 parts by weight of 1-chloranthabraquinone, 50 parts by weight of sodium acetate, 10 parts by weight of magnesium oxide, 2 parts by weight of copper powder and 2 parts by weight of copper chloride in <B> 1000 < / B> parts by weight of naphthalene heated to boiling for a few hours.
After the reaction has ended, it is diluted with toluene and filtered off with suction and the reaction product is boiled with dilute hydrochloric acid. 5 parts by weight of the condensation product thus obtained are briefly heated to 120-130 with 20 parts by weight of aluminum chloride in 50 parts by weight of pyridine until a worked-up sample dissolves violet in concentrated sulfuric acid. The melt is then stirred into a solution of 50 parts by weight of caustic soda in 400 parts by weight of water. 100 cm3 of sodium chloride solution are added and then the pyridine is driven off with steam. The product obtained is an olive-colored powder that dissolves violet in sulfuric acid.
Cotton is dyed from a yellow-brown vat very vigorously in yellowish olive tones of excellent fastness.
