Steam generator with forced water circulation. Steam generator with. Forced water circulation are known, they show, among other things, the advantage that the evaporator stirrers are very long and can be arranged in any position.
el In the case of steam generators with compulsory water circulation, it is necessary to distribute the circulated water to the individual heating surfaces depending according to the heat absorption.
While a steam generator with natural circulation with more intense heating initially also has a stronger buoyancy and accordingly more water circulates in this heating surface, the reverse occurs with a steam generator with forced water circulation, because the more strongly heated heating surface has the duration greater steam generation a higher resistance,
And with the same amount of water circulated around with heating surfaces connected in parallel, the amount of water of the more strongly heated groups of heating surfaces will be lower and more water will flow through the less strongly heated heating surfaces, since the resistance of these heating surfaces has become proportionally lower .
This fact is particularly unpleasant in the case of steam generators with forced circulation, the heating surface of which consists of radiation and contact heating surfaces, with the former and the latter being connected in parallel, since the relative heat absorption of the radiant heating surface and the contact heating surface changes with the load,
In fact, the proportional heat absorption of the radiant heating surface normally falls remarkably with the load on the boiler, while the proportional heat absorption of the contact heating surface increases with the load.
According to the present invention, pipes connected in parallel through which water is forcibly conveyed are arranged in this way. that they lie in a row, forming the radiant heating surface, enclose at least part of the combustion chamber, and in the further course of these tubes, by bending them one or more times, a heating tube bundle is created that forms the contact evaporator.
The advantage of the subject matter of the invention is that by connecting the radiation and contact part in series, the sum of their heat absorption with changed boiler output remains in approximately the same ratio to the total heat absorption of the boiler and accordingly. a better distribution of the water to be circulated can take place. Since relatively long pipes can also be used, the number of connection points can also be reduced.
Another advantage is that with the greater total heat absorption respectively. Steam generation of the pipes also increases the speed of the steam-water mixture in the latter because, corresponding to the greater steam output of the pipes, a larger amount of water is pumped around them.
If the steam is to be superheated in a steam generator of the type described, it is advisable to arrange the superheater tubes between the evaporator tubes, with the superheater tubes, as a radiant heating surface, lying in a row with the evaporator tubes and then through one or multiple bending to form a heating surface bundle serving as a contact superheater.
The heat absorption of the superheater can thus be made proportional to the heat absorption of the evaporator for all loads. The overheating temperature must therefore remain constant even with all loads. Depending on the number of superheater tubes between the evaporator tubes, the amount of superheating will adjust.
It is particularly advantageous to lead the steam flow in the superheater in countercurrent to the smoke gases, and not only in the contact area as it is known, but also in the radiation part.
The last-mentioned design also offers the advantage that the superheater tubes are protected against burnout by arranging the superheater tubes between the evaporator tubes, as is already known in the case of contact superheaters.
The invention is explained in more detail by the examples E according to FIGS. 1 to 5 .
In Fig. 1, for example, the fire chamber 2 is assigned a traveling grate furnace. The steam generating pipes are drawn from the distributor 1 as a ceiling over the combustion chamber. The pipes are next to each other in one plane, so that the heat absorption by radiation is approximately the same for each pipe. The tubes are then bent one or more times U-shaped and open into the steam space of the drum 3 .
The U-shaped bends 4 create a bundle of heating surfaces through which the Rauell gases flow and in which they give off their heat to such an extent that they can be introduced directly into the superheater 5, which is located downstream here. The Rauehgasi can be directed vertically downwards from here or directly upwards.
-It is advantageous to design the ceiling formed by the evaporator tubes in such a way that the tubes are placed as close to one another as possible, so that an attachment 6 directly behind the tubes for the relative, long pipes who can. If the pipes are placed directly next to each other in the ceiling, these pipes can be connected to a support beam by means of bolts welded to the back or the like, without the fastening parts heating up too much.
The bracket is expediently placed in such a way that it is just before the turning of the Verdanipferrohre, so that a good fastening of the heating surface bundle it follows. Fig. 2 shows a design for a 'pulverized coal firing, oil firing or the like. The evaporator tubes of the side wall 9 are bent into a U-shape at the top and introduced into the drum 3 .
The pipe - the side wall 10 are either transferred directly into the drum; or twisted one or more times in order to enlarge the heating surface under certain circumstances. The rough gases are in the arrangement according to Fi-. 2 not. around but headed up in a single move.
#n Fig. 3 shows a section through an example with a horizontally lying combustion chamber, the casing of which is lined on the inside by the evaporation tube 11 . The tubes are then bent in one or, as shown, multiple turns 12 and introduced into the drum located in the middle. The raw gases flow through the lying furnace 13 in the direction of its longitudinal axis and occur at the end of the combustion chamber in the right and left of the drum are the flue gas passages 14, 15.
Otherwise, the rough gases can only be directed into one of the two flue gas flues, for example 14, and after flowing through the n of this flue they can be deflected to the other flue 15 and again in this flue to be led back.
4 shows the longitudinal section and FIG. 5 shows the cross section of a steam generator with radiant and contact superheater. The radiant surface of the heating surface of the steam generator is formed by pipes laid on the ceiling. The tubes are then pulled apart and, in the present case, bent several times to form a string.
These, Winduno-s form the contact heating part 26. The pipes laid on the ceiling consist of evaporator pipes 16 and superheater pipes 17. In the present example this is Water from the water distributor 1 is conveyed through the pipes by means of forced circulation. The resulting steam-water mixture is fed into drum 3 . Steam and water separate here.
The steam flows through the superheater tubes in its overall direction in countercurrent to the flue gas elements - both in the contact area and the radiation area - to the collecting box 18, From where it can be derived to its point of use. The flue gases passing through the bundle of heating surfaces formed by the evaporator and superheater tubes can be fed into the feed water preheater 19 for further cooling, to which an air preheater 20! can be connected.
It is advisable to connect the superheater tubes directly to the steam space of the drum, as this results in a practical simplification on the one hand and steam is also extracted along the entire length of the steam-water mixture inlet through the evaporator tubes 16 .
A cooling of the superheater pipes when heating up the boiler or for the operating time in which no steam flows through the superheater pipes but the surface is heated can easily be carried out by means of the circulation pump of the steam generator by pumping water through the superheater pipes will. The circulation pump 21, FIG. 4, runs water from the drum 3 through the line 22.
During normal operation, the pump pushes the water through the line 23 into the water distributor 1. If no steam flows through the superheater tubes, the valve 24 is opened and water via the collecting tank 18 pressed through the superheater tubes 17 . In this case, the superheater acts as an evaporator, so that reliable cooling is guaranteed.
