Dans cette figure, on voit clairement la. coupe périphérique qui a divisé en deux parties la paroi de l'élément externea, dont la partie supérieureâ peut servir -de couvercle susceptible d'être enlevé et remis en place à volonté; La. fig: 5 est une élévation montrant une boîte cylindrique semblable à. celle des figure précédentes, dans laquelle le couvercle â est enlevé de la boîte; La fig. 6 montre comment on peut fixer à la surface interne de l'élément externe a un ruban c par une ou plusieurs rangées de points de couture d;
La fi-. 7 représente, en coupe, une forme d'exécution de l'élément externe a d'une boîte cylindrique, dans la surface duquel est for mée une rainure périphérique e, de façon à créer un amincissement de ladite paroi, l'or gane arracheur flexible c (non représenté dans cette figure), dont un ou tous les deux bouts sont destinés à sortir au dehors par un trou g, étant fixé dans cette rainure d'une façon convenable;
La fig. 8 est une vue en coupe représen tant un élément interne b de boîte cylindri que; on y voit une rainure périphérique e ménagée dans la surface latérale externe, et dans cette rainure peut venir se loger l'organe arracheur flexible c fixé d'une façon conve nable à la surface latérale interne de l'élé ment externea, lorsque l'élémentb est enfilé à fond dans l'élément a;
Les fig. 9 et 10 représentent en éléva tion, respectivement en plan, une boîte paral- lélipipède à base carrée. h-h sont les bouts de l'organe arracheur flexible c qui sortent à l'extérieur, afin de pouvoir, en agissant sur l'un d'eux ou sur tous les deux, couper ou déchirer la paroi de l'élément a et séparer de cette paroi le couvercle a'; Les fig. 11 et 12 représentent, en -des vues analogues à celles des fig. 9 et 10, une boîte en tronc de cône;
Box. The present invention relates to a box which is characterized in that it comprises two hollow elements closed at one of their ends and at least partially nested, one inside the other, at. friction hard and in reciprocally reversed position, the outer element tightly enveloping, at least partially, the inner element so as to. make it impossible to separate the two elements after their interlocking, a flexible tear-off member being fixed to one of the walls of one of said elements, a member which, by pulling on it, allows the box to be opened by tearing one of the walls of one of the elements, without the intermediary of any tool.
In one embodiment of the object of the invention, the flexible puller member is fixed at points on the. internal surface of the element. external, at least one of the ends of this member protruding outside the box, end on which a pulling action can be exerted to produce along said fixing points a peripheral section dividing the wall in two side of the external element. In another embodiment, the flexible stripper member is fixed inside a flat wall of one of the elements, so as to. allow cutting, by acting, here too, on one of its ends projecting outside the box, an opening through which the contents of the latter can be taken out.
In the first case, because of said cut, the upper part of the element cut in half may constitute a removable cover, capable of being applied again to the box. Since the interlocking of the two elements is done with hard friction, the separation of the two elements becomes impossible, which gives a box provided with a closure, safety.
The external element and possibly also the internal element, can, for example, be of ordinary paper, of pure cellulose paper, of parchment paper, of paraffin paper, of cardboard of any kind and any thickness, of celluloid, in cellophane or in sheets obtained from fibrous substances of any kind, etc.
The internal element may be made of a material which is not easy to cut or tear, rigid and strong, for example vulcanized fiber, stamped or welded sheet metal, wood pulp compressed into molds, condensation products. , vitreous materials, cellulose or viscose, insulating materials, materials capable of being formed: in: molds, turned wood, etc.
Materials capable of being easily cut or torn may be associated with materials of various kinds which are also easy to cut or tear. For this purpose, it is possible, for example, to use foils of aluminum, tin, or other metals or alloys.
After filling and closing the boxes, it is possible, for reasons of hygiene and for protection against handling and adulteration and to ensure the preservation of the contents, the boxes can be completely or partially covered with a layer of protective and waterproofing material (eg, paraffin, galvanized or air gun applied metal, etc.).
The boxes may have the shape of a body having, for example, a cylindrical, conical, frustoconical shape with circular, elliptical or other bases, or a prismatic, pyramidal, or truncated pyramid shape; conical, frustoconical, pyramidal and truncated pyramid shapes will always have the major base at the bottom, corresponding to the bottom of the box.
The flexible pulling member can be established so as to allow the side wall of the outer element to be divided or separated in two, by a pulling action, in order to obtain with the upper part a removable cover. and capable of being applied to the box. new, or to produce an opening in one of the two bases or bottoms of the box. It may consist of a flexible and more or less resistant material depending on the resistance opposed to tearing by the material intended to be cut or torn.
Said member may consist, for example, of a textile thread, of a cord, of a cord, of a metallic thread, of ribbons of textile or fibrous material of any kind, of metallic ribbons (for example of steel or aluminum or a metal alloy).
The section, diameter, thickness and width of said flexible member can be chosen in accordance with the purpose for which it is intended.
If one wishes to obtain a detachable cover by cutting or by: tearing, the flexible tear-off member can be fixed to the internal surface of the external element of the box, preferably along a peripheral line situated: in a plane horizontal, so as to form an open ring, one end or both ends of this member projecting outside the box to allow them to be gripped in order to exert the action of cutting or of uprooting which we have already spoken about.
In case just one -buttons. is brought to the outside, the other end can be securely fastened inside the outer element of the box, very close to where the other end goes out.
The flexible puller can be fixed either to the side wall: of the external element., Or to one: of the bottoms of the box by means of glue or other adhesive or by sewing with the points arranged in one or more rows or zigzag.
Said stripper member can be housed in a peripheral groove formed in one or: in both of the two adjacent lateral surfaces of the two elements of the box. These grooves can be given any cross section, preferably equal to the cross section of the flexible pulling member.
The attached drawing shows, at. As an example, a few embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows in elevation a cylindrical box, the internal element b not being fully inserted into the external element a; Fig. 2 is a view similar to that of FIG. 1, but with element b fully inserted into element a. This figure shows that by acting on one of the ends h of the flexible stripper member c, a peripheral cut can be produced that i, which the figure represents as effected on only a certain part of the. periphery.
The- fig. 3 is a section taken along line III-III of FIG. 1; Fig. 4 is a section taken along line IV-IV of FIG. 2.
In this figure, we can clearly see the. peripheral section which has divided the wall of the outer element a, into two parts, the upper part of which â can serve as a cover which can be removed and replaced at will; Fig: 5 is an elevation showing a cylindrical box similar to. that of the preceding figures, in which the cover â is removed from the box; Fig. 6 shows how one can fix to the internal surface of the external element a a tape c by one or more rows of stitches d;
The fi-. 7 shows, in section, an embodiment of the external element a of a cylindrical box, in the surface of which a peripheral groove e is formed, so as to create a thinning of said wall, the stripping organ flexible c (not shown in this figure), one or both ends of which are intended to exit out through a hole g, being fixed in this groove in a suitable manner;
Fig. 8 is a sectional view showing an internal element b of a cylindrical box; we see there a peripheral groove e formed in the outer side surface, and in this groove can be housed the flexible puller member c fixed in a suitable manner to the inner side surface of the outer element a , when the b element is fully inserted into the a element;
Figs. 9 and 10 show in elevation, respectively in plan, a parallelepiped box with a square base. hh are the ends of the flexible stripping member c which come out to the outside, in order to be able, by acting on one or both of them, to cut or tear the wall of the element a and separate from this wall the cover a '; Figs. 11 and 12 show, in -des views similar to those of FIGS. 9 and 10, a box in the form of a truncated cone;
Figs. 13 and 14 show, in views similar to those of FIGS. 9, 10 or 11, 12, a box in the form of a truncated pyramid with a square base; Fig. 15 shows a variant having as its object, not the formation of a cover a ', but the formation of an opening in one or the other of the base or end walls of a box. According to this variant, the cutter tear-off member c is fixed with the desired shape on the internal face of one of said end walls, and one or both ends are brought to. outside the box.
Optionally, a paper disc can be applied to the internal faces of said end walls by means of glue or other adhesive. It is obvious that by acting on one of the ends hh of the organ c or on both, one will be able to produce in the base wall to which c is fixed an opening through which the contents of the box can be obtained. got out.
