Ballon muni d'un dispositif de fermeture. La présente invention a pour objet un ballon, en particulier un ballon de jeu, muni d'un dispositif de fermeture, comportant une enveloppe et une vessie à valve dont le col est muni d'une collerette.
Ce ballon est caractérisé en ce qu'un cuir est fixé à ladite collerette et est disposé entre l'enveloppe et la vessie, en vue de pro téger cette dernière.
Le dessin annexé représente, ' à titre d'exemple, 'une forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe d'un bal lon de jeu pendant son gonflement ; La fig. 2 est une vue du même ballon, mais du côté de l'ouverture d'introduction de la vessie dans l'enveloppe; La fig. 3 représente la manière d'intro duire la patte et la languette sous l'enveloppe du ballon après gonflage.
Suivant la fig. 1, le cuir de protection 21, qui présente une ouverture disposée en con cordance avec celle du col 2 de la vessie 2d munie d'une valve 2f en caoutchouc, est collé sur la collerette 29. Ce cuir est en outre muni d'une languette 2h présentant des trous et attachée à celui-ci, par exemple par cou ture, en un point tel que lorsqu'elle est rabattue, elle masque l'embouchure de la valve de manière à empêcher l'introduction de corps étrangers dans celle-ci.
En outre, une patte 2m également en cuir, présentant des trous tels que 3n per mettant de la saisir à l'aide d'un outil ap proprié, est attachée en 2b à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe 2n, par exemple par couture. Cette patte est susceptible de passer au travers d'une ouverture 2p prévue dans le cuir de protection, du côté opposé à l'attache de la languette. Il est aisé de comprendre que par suite de cette disposition le gonflage du ballon est extrêmement facile.
Il suffit, en effet, après avoir introduit l'embouchure de la pompe dans le col de la valve, comme repré senté à la fig. 1, de saisir d'une seule main la patte 2m et la languette 2h, la pompe se trouvera alors maintenue fixe au centre de l'ouverture et le gonflement s'effectuera très simplement avec l'autre main.
On remarquera également, comme repré senté à la fig. 2, que l'enveloppe 2n présente une ouverture ovale 2Z dont le grand axe s'étend dans la direction allant de la lan guette 2h au point d'attache de la patte 2m et qui permet l'introduction et le retrait aisé de la vessie hors de sort enveloppe.
Toute fois, le panneau de cuir 21, dans lequel est prévue cette ouverture, s'élargit au voisinage de celle-ci de manière, non seulement à per mettre le glissement de la languette de fer meture sous l'enveloppe, sans rencontrer d'obstacle constitué par les coutures des panneaux de cuir, mais également de manière à faciliter la couture du susdit panneau à ses voisins 28 et 282 et de compenser l'affai blissement de résistance du panneau causée par le trou précité.
La fig. 3 montre comment il faut procéder pour introduire à l'aide d'un outil, la patte 2m, après gonflage du ballon, dans l'enveloppe de celui-ci. Cet outil présente des tenons que l'on peut introduire dans les trous 3n de la patte 2m pour mettre cette dernière en place. La languette 211 présente également des trous permettant de la saisir avec ledit outil et de la mettre en place comme c'est le cas pour la patte 2m.
