Description
Vorrichtung zum Abspannen der Leiter von Freileitungen. Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung zum Abspannen der Leiter von Freileitungen, welcher gekennzeichnet ist durch eine Scheibe, an welcher die Enden einer um den Isolator zu legenden Schlaufe befestigt sind, und ferner durch ein von der Seite der Schlaufe her in die Bohrung der Scheibe einzusetzendes Klemmorgan für das von der andern Seite durch die Scheibe hin durchzusteckende Freileitungsende, welches Klemmorgan durch die Zugkraft der Freilei tung in die Scheibe hineingezogen wird und dadurch die Klemmwirkung auf das Freilei- tungsende ausübt.
Auf der Zeichnung, die ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes darstellt, <B>ist</B> Fig. 1 eine teilweise Ansicht, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 ein Teilschnitt, Fig.3 ein Längs- und ein Querschnitt durch das Klemmorgan.
Es bezeichnet 1 das mit einem Isolator zu verbindende Ende einer elektrischen Freilei- tung und 2 eine Scheibe, durch die das Frei leitungsende hindurchgesteckt ist. Zum Fest klemmen des Freileitungsendes in der Scheibe 2 dient ein von der Seite der um den Isola tor zu legenden Schlaufe 3 in die Bohrung der Scheibe gesteckter Hohlkeil 4, welcher auf der innern Seite mit querlaufenden, nach oben schräg ansteigenden, scharfen Zähnen 5 versehen ist.
Die Zähne 5 dringen entspre chend der Zugkraft der Freileitung in das Material derselben ein, so dass der Keil durch die Zugkraft der Freileitung in die Seheibe 2 hineingezogen und dadurch das Freileitungs- ende in der Scheibe festgeklemmt wird, und zwar um so stärker, je grösser die Zugkraft der Freileitung ist. Die Schlaufe 3 besteht aus Stahldrahtkabel und ist an ihren Enden hakenförmig umgebogen und je vor und hinter der Hakenbiegung in einem Loch 6 bezw. 7 der Scheibe 2 gehalten, das heisst in die letz tere eingehakt.
Die die Schlaufenenden auf nehmenden Löcher 6 sind auf der Seite der Schlaufe ausgeweitet und die Schlaufenenden entsprechend zerspleist, so dass sie in den Lö- chern 6 festhalten. Nötigenfalls könnten sie in denselben noch verlötet sein. In der be- schriebenen-Vorrichtung können Freileitungen verschiedener Dicke festgeklemmt werden.
Statt eines Hohlkeils könnte zum Fest klemmen des Freileitungsendes in der Scheibe eine aussen konische, in der Längsrichtung mehrfach gespaltene, innenseitig gezahnte Klemmhülse verwendet werden.

It denotes 1 the end of an electrical overhead line to be connected to an insulator, and 2 a disk through which the overhead line end is pushed. To firmly clamp the end of the overhead line in the disc 2, a hollow wedge 4 inserted into the hole of the disc from the side of the loop 3 to be placed around the Isola gate, which is provided on the inside with transverse, upwardly sloping, sharp teeth 5 .
The teeth 5 penetrate according to the tensile force of the overhead line into the material of the same, so that the wedge is pulled into the disk 2 by the tensile force of the overhead line and the end of the overhead line is clamped in the disk, the stronger the larger the larger is the tensile force of the overhead line. The loop 3 consists of steel wire cable and is bent hook-shaped at its ends and respectively in front of and behind the hook bend in a hole 6. 7 of the disc 2 held, that is, hooked into the latter.
The holes 6 receiving the loop ends are widened on the side of the loop and the loop ends are appropriately spliced so that they are held in the holes 6. If necessary, they could still be soldered into them. In the device described, overhead lines of various thicknesses can be clamped.
Instead of a hollow wedge, an externally conical, internally toothed clamping sleeve, which is cleaved several times in the longitudinal direction, could be used to firmly clamp the overhead line end in the disk.
