Description
Kapsel zur Abgabe kleiner Mengen gespannter Gase. Es ist bekannt, zur Abgabe kleiner Men gen gespannter Gase, z. B. flüssiger Kohlen säure, kleine Stahlfläschchen, sogenannte Kapseln zu verwenden. Solche Kapseln sind in der Entnahmeöffnung durch einen Weich metallzapfen luftdicht verschlossen, welcher zur Entnahme des Gases durchbohrt wird. Bei den bekannten Kapseln kommt es öfters vor, dass der Weichmetallzapfen, trotzdem er in Gewinde oder Ringnuten der Innen wandung des Kapselhalses eingreift, durch den 60 bis 70 Atmosphären betragenden Druck herausgedrückt wird, was dann auch den Verlust des Kapselinhaltes zur Folge hat. Es sind ferner Kapseln bekannt, die drucklos, z. B. mit fester Kohlensäure gefüllt werden.
Die Entnahme des Inhaltes solcher Kapseln geschieht durch Durchstechen der Kapselwandung. Durch das Durchbohren der Kapselwandung wird die Kapsel zur Wieder benützung unbrauchbar.
Bei der Kapsel gemäss der Erfindung sind diese Übelstände vermieden, sie unterscheidet sich bekannten Kapseln gegenüber dadurch, dass sie zwei Öffnungen aufweist, von denen die eine von aussen und die andere durch einen vom Innern des Behälters auf einen Sitz gedrückten, zur Entnahme des Kapsel inhaltes zu durchbohrenden Verschlusskörper geschlossen ist, welch -letzterer nach dem Entleeren der Kapsel nach innen gedrückt und durch einen neuen Verschlusskörper er setzt werden kann, zum Zwecke, die Kapsel für beliebig viele Füllungen verwenden zu können.
.Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Schnitt dargestellt.
Der Hohlkörper 1 der gezeichneten Kapsel hat die Form einer Flasche, deren Hals eine konische Bohrung 2 und eine Schulter 3 aufweist. Das weitere Ende der Kapsel weist eine Öffnung 4 auf, die mittelst eines auf- gewindeten Deckels 5 von aussen verschlossen ist, wobei die Abdichtung durch eine Dich tungsseheibe 6 erfolgt. Die Bohrung des Halses bezw. die Entnahmeöffnung der Kap sel ist durch einen vorzugsweise aus Weich metall bestehenden Pfropfen 7 verschlossen.
Das Einbringen des Pfropfens 7 in das Innere der Kapsel geschieht nach dem Abnehmen des Deckels 5 durch die Öffnung 4, worauf er zum Beispiel mit Hilfe eines vorzugsweise konisch zugespitzten Stempels in die konische Bohrung des Kapselhalses auf die Schulter 3 gedrückt wird. Der Pfropfen wird dabei nicht nur auf seine Sitzfläche, die Schulter 3, sondern auch an die Innenwandung der ko nischen Bohrung 2 luftdicht angedrückt und dadurch ein zuverlässiger gasdichter Abschluss des Kapselhalses erzielt. Durch den sich all mählich entwickelnden Druck von drucklos eingefüllter fester Kohlensäure, wird der Pfropfen auf seinen Sitz gedrückt.
Der Pfropfen weist in der Mitte, wo er zur Ent nahme des Kapselinhaltes durchstochen wird, auf der Innenseite eine konische Vertiefung 8 auf, so dass nur eine verhältnismässig dünne Wandung durchstochen werden muss. Nach Abnehmen des Deckels 5, der zum Drehen mittelst eines Schlüssels an seinem Boden einen vierkantigen Zapfen 9 besitzt, kann der durchstochene Pfropfen nach innen getrieben, durch die Öffnung 4 herausgenom men und durch einen neuen Pfropfen ersetzt werden. Die entleerte Kapsel kann dann von Neuem gefüllt und mittelst des Deckels 5 verschlossen werden. Die beschriebene Kapsel ist daher für beliebig viele Füllungen ver wendbar.

The capsule according to the invention avoids these inconveniences, it differs from known capsules in that it has two openings, one of which is pressed from the outside and the other is pressed onto a seat from the inside of the container, for removing the capsule contents to be pierced closure body is closed, which -latter pressed inwards after emptying the capsule and can be set by a new closure body, for the purpose of being able to use the capsule for any number of fillings.
On the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is shown in section.
The hollow body 1 of the capsule shown has the shape of a bottle, the neck of which has a conical bore 2 and a shoulder 3. The other end of the capsule has an opening 4 which is closed from the outside by means of a threaded cover 5, the sealing being effected by a sealing disk 6. The bore of the neck respectively. the opening of the caps sel is closed by a plug 7, preferably made of soft metal.
The plug 7 is inserted into the interior of the capsule after the cover 5 has been removed through the opening 4, whereupon it is pressed onto the shoulder 3 in the conical bore of the capsule neck, for example with the aid of a preferably conically tapered punch. The plug is pressed airtight not only onto its seat, the shoulder 3, but also onto the inner wall of the conical bore 2, thereby achieving a reliable, gas-tight closure of the capsule neck. Due to the gradually developing pressure of unpressurized solid carbon dioxide, the plug is pressed onto its seat.
The plug has in the middle, where it is pierced to remove the capsule contents, on the inside on a conical recess 8, so that only a relatively thin wall has to be pierced. After removing the cover 5, which has a square pin 9 for turning by means of a key at its bottom, the pierced plug can be driven inwards, taken out through the opening 4 and replaced by a new plug. The emptied capsule can then be refilled and closed by means of the lid 5. The capsule described can therefore be used for any number of fillings.
