Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines o-Oxya#zofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu Farb stoffen, die zum Färben von Wolle nach dem Einbad-Chromverfahren geeignet sind, gelangt, wenn man diazotierte 2-Amino-l-oxybenzol- sulfosäure beziehungsweise deren Substitutions- produkte mit Benzo-2.4-dioxyehitiolinen korn- biniert.
Die Farbstoffe zeichnen sich durch gute Löslichkeit und gutes Ziehvermögen aus und ergeben auf Wolle rote bis violette Färbun gen, die eine gute Walk- und Waschechtbeit und eine ausgezeichnete Lichtechtheit be sitzen.
Nach dem den Gegenstand dieses<B>'</B> Pa tentes bildenden Verfahren erhält man einen Wolle nach dem Einbad-Chromver- fahren in rotvioletten Tönen von guter Walk und Wasühechtheit färbenden Farbstoff, wenn man mit 7.8-Beiizo-2.4-dioxy-chinolin kuppelt. 7.8-Berizo-2.4-dioxychiiiolin ist erhältlich nach dem in den Berichten der deutschen Chemischen Gesellschaft, Band<B>60, S.</B> 841, beschriebenen Verfahren.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 22,4 Teile 4-Clilor-2-amino-l-oxybenzol-6- stiliosäure werden mit etwa<B>300</B> Teilen Wasser angeschlämmt und nach Zusatz von<B>5</B> Teilen Salzsäure von 12<B>"</B> B6 mit<B>6,9</B> Teilen Natrium- nitrit bei<B>10'</B> diazotiert. Die fertige Diazo- verbindung läuft in eine kalte Lösung von <B>23</B> Teilen 7.8-Benzo-2.4-dioxychinolin und 20 Teilen Soda in etwa<B>500</B> Teilen Wasser.
Nach beendeter Kombination wird die Reak tionsmasse auf<B>800</B> angewärmt und durch Zusatz von Salz der Farbstoff abgeschieden. Er stellt in trockenem Zustande ein dunkles Pulver von sehr guter Löslichkeit dar und färbt Wolle nach dem Einbad-Chromverfahren in rotvioletten Tönen von guter Walk- und Waschechtheit an. Die Färbungen besitzen eine ausgezeichnete Lichtechtheit.

According to the process which is the subject of this patent, a dye is obtained by the single-bath chrome process in red-violet shades of good fulled and washfastness when mixed with 7.8-beiizo-2.4-dioxy- quinoline couples. 7.8-Berizo-2.4-dioxychiiiolin is obtainable by the method described in the reports of the German Chemical Society, Volume 60, p. 841.
<I> Example: </I> 22.4 parts of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-oxybenzene-6-stilioic acid are suspended in about <B> 300 </B> parts of water and, after adding <B> 5 </B> Parts hydrochloric acid of 12 <B> "</B> B6 with <B> 6.9 </B> parts sodium nitrite diazotized at <B> 10 '</B>.
