Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer komplexen, therapeutisch wertvollen, organischen Schwermetallverbindung. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung von Emetinantimon-V-glukos- aminat und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Antimon-V-glukosaminat mit Emetin behandelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine heisse Lösung von 1 Teil Antimon- V-giukosaminat in 20 Teilen Wasser wird mit einer methylalkoholischen Emetinlösung neutralisiert. Beim Eingiessen in absolutsn Alkohol fällt Emetin-Antimon-V-glukos- aminat in weissen Flocken aus. Dasselbe ist ein weisses, in Wasser leicht lösliches Pulver von .einem Antimongehalt von l4,3 % und einem Emetingehalt von 25,5 %.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von Emetin- Antimon-V-glukosa.minat, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, da.ss man Antimon-V-glukosaminat mit Emetin behandelt. Die neue Verbindung stellt in trockenem Zustande ein weisses, in Wasser leicht lös liches Pulver dar mit einem Antimongehalt von 14,3% und einem Emetingehalt von 25,5%. Die neue Verbindung soll in der Therapie Verwendung finden.
