Description
Büchse. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine zum Auskleiden von Bohrungen aller Art, wie in Hebeln, Rollen usw. bestimmte Büchse, die als Lager für Drehkörper, Zapfen usw. .dienen soll. Diese Büchse besteht aus einem geschlitzten Ring, wobei der Schlitz schräg zur ixe der Büchse geführt ist, und zwar vorteilhaft in einer Schraubenlinie und so, dass die Schlitzwandungen radial verlau fen. Die aneinander anliegenden Endstücke des Ringes sind nun in der Richtung der Axe der Büchse versetzt.
Zum Auskleiden einer Bohrung wird die Büchse in letztere eingesetzt; dann werden durch ein geeignetes Werkzeug oder durch Schläge usw., die aneinanderliegenden End stücke des Ringes gegeneinander axial ver schoben. Infolge der schrägen Schlitzfüh rung tritt eine Keilwirkung ein, der Ring wird aufgespreizt. Der Winkel, in welchem der Schlitz verläuft, wird zweckmässig so ge wählt, dass zwischen den Schlitzflächen Selbsthemmung auftritt. Der Ring behält, einmal eingebracht, seine Lage bei.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Stirnansicht, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie A-ss der Fig. 1.
Die Büchse besteht aus einem Ring 1, der zum Beispiel aus einem Flacheisen gerollt ist. Die Stirnseiten des Schlitzes verlaufen radial und .schräg zur Axe des Ringes. Die beiden Endstücke 2, d sind in der Längsrich tung gegeneinander versetzt. Um die Büchse in einer Bohrung festzusetzen, werden nun die Teile 2, 3 gegeneinander verstellt mit Hilfe eines geeigneten Werkzeuges, dadurch gleiten die Stirnseiten 4, 5 aufeinander und spreizen den Ring, so dass dieser an der Wandung .der Bohrung anliegt. Der Winkel, in welchem die Wände 4, 5 verlaufen, wird so gewählt, dass eine Selbsthemmung eintritt.
Die Wände 4, 5 verlaufen zu diesem Zweck radial und liegen dicht aufeinander.
Der Ring könnte auch aus Rohrabschnit ten, die geschlitzt werden, hergestellt werden. Die Form des Ringes wird so gewählt, -dass dieser, in die Bohrung eingesetzt, genau zylindrische Innenwandung erhält.

The subject of the present invention is a bushing intended for lining bores of all kinds, such as in levers, rollers, etc., which is intended to serve as a bearing for rotating bodies, journals, etc. This sleeve consists of a slotted ring, the slot being guided obliquely to the axis of the sleeve, advantageously in a helical line and so that the slot walls run radially. The adjacent end pieces of the ring are now offset in the direction of the axis of the sleeve.
To line a hole, the sleeve is used in the latter; then by a suitable tool or by blows, etc., the abutting end pieces of the ring against each other axially pushed ver. As a result of the inclined slot guide, a wedge effect occurs, the ring is spread open. The angle at which the slot runs is expediently chosen so that self-locking occurs between the slot surfaces. Once inserted, the ring retains its position.
In the drawing, an exemplary embodiment is shown, namely: FIG. 1 is an end view, FIG. 2 is a section along the line A-ss in FIG. 1.
The sleeve consists of a ring 1, which is rolled for example from a flat iron. The end faces of the slot run radially and obliquely to the axis of the ring. The two end pieces 2, d are offset from one another in the longitudinal direction. To fix the bushing in a hole, the parts 2, 3 are now adjusted against each other with the help of a suitable tool, thereby sliding the end faces 4, 5 on each other and spread the ring so that it rests against the wall. The angle at which the walls 4, 5 run is chosen so that self-locking occurs.
The walls 4, 5 run radially for this purpose and lie close together.
The ring could also be made from pipe sections that are slotted. The shape of the ring is chosen so that it, when inserted into the bore, has an exactly cylindrical inner wall.
