Description

  

      Kühleiurichtun"    für die     Wicklungskötife        voii        Ilochsl>annungsinasehinen.       Bei     grossen    Hochspannungsmaschinen tre  ten in den Wicklungsköpfen erhebliche Er  wärmungen auf, wodurch die Isolation der  einzelnen Leiter gefährdet ist. Es ist daher  erforderlich, besondere Massnahmen     gegen-        züi     starke     Erwärmungen        vorzusehen.    Zu diesem  Zweck ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, die  Wicklungsköpfe durch     Distanzierung    der ein  zelnen Leiter mit Luftkanälen zu versehen.

    Der angestrebte Zweck wird bei diesen Aus  führungen jedoch nur     unvollkommen    erreicht,        < 1a    die an die Wicklungsköpfe herangeführt  Kühlluft nur in die in der Richtung des  Kühlluftstromes liegenden Luftkanäle hinein  gelangt, während die     quer    dazu liegenden  Luftkanäle von der Kühlluft völlig unberührt  blieben.  



       Gemäss    der vorliegenden Erfindung wird  dieser Nachteil dadurch beseitigt,     dah    zur       Führung    der Kühlluft zu den Wicklungs  köpfen Leitflächen     vorgesehen    sind, die ko  axial zu den     Wickluiigsl,:öpfen    in den in der       Aehsenrichtung    zwischen den Wieklungs-    köpfen vorhandenen     Zwischenräumen    geneigt  zur     Achse    befestigt sind.  



  In der     Zeichnung    ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel der Erfindung schematisch im Quer  schnitt durch die     Wicklungsköpfe    einer Hoch  spannungsmaschine dargestellt.  



  Mit 1 sind die Wicklungsköpfe einer     Hoch-          spannungsmaschine    bezeichnet. Die mit Iso  lierstoff     umpressten    einzelnen Leiter mit bei  spielsweise rechteckigem Querschnitt sind  durch Zwischenräume 2, 3 gegeneinander  distanziert, die sowohl axial, als auch     seuk-          recht    zur Achse der Maschine verlaufen. Die  so gebildeten Wicklungsköpfe sind durch auf  Stehbolzen b aufgereihte Distanzstücke 4 aus  Isolierstoff in ihrer Lage zueinander gehalten.  



  Zwischen den in derselben     Radialebene     liegenden Distanzstricken sind     Leitflächen    6  für die Kühlluft koaxial zu den Wicklungs  köpfen angebracht. Diese Leitflächen liegen       geneigt    zur     WIaschinenachse    in den in der       Achsenrichtung    zwischen dem     Stator    und  dem innersten Wicklungskopf, sowie zwischen      den Wicklungsköpfen gebildeten Zwischen  räumen, so dass die durch den Ventilator 7  geförderte Kühlluft nicht nur den in der  Strömungsrichtung der Luft liegenden Ka  nälen 3, sondern auch den     achsial    verlaufen  den Kanälen 2 der Wicklungsköpfe zuge  führt wird.

   Als Material für die     Leitflächen     dient beispielsweise Holz oder ein     Isolier-          pressm        aterial.

       According to the present invention, this disadvantage is eliminated by providing guide surfaces for guiding the cooling air to the winding heads, which are fastened coaxially to the winding heads in the spaces in the axial direction between the weighing heads and inclined to the axis.



  In the drawing, an embodiment example of the invention is shown schematically in cross section through the winding heads of a high-voltage machine.



  The winding heads of a high-voltage machine are denoted by 1. The individual conductors with, for example, a rectangular cross-section, pressed around with insulating material, are spaced from one another by intermediate spaces 2, 3 which run both axially and perpendicularly to the axis of the machine. The winding heads formed in this way are held in their position relative to one another by spacers 4 made of insulating material lined up on stud bolts b.



  Between the spacer cords lying in the same radial plane, guide surfaces 6 for the cooling air are attached coaxially to the winding heads. These guide surfaces are inclined to the WI machine axis in the spaces formed in the axial direction between the stator and the innermost winding head, as well as between the winding heads, so that the cooling air conveyed by the fan 7 not only the ducts 3 in the direction of flow of the air, but also the axially extending channels 2 of the winding heads is supplied.

   The material used for the guide surfaces is, for example, wood or an insulating press material.
