Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu wertvollen Farbstoffen gelangt, wenn man eine Diazo- verbindung von ortho -Aminodiphenylsulfon, das in den Phenylkernen durch Halogen, Al kyl- oder Alkoxygruppen substituiert sein kann, in saurer Lösung mit 2.8.6 -Amino- naphtolsulfosäure kuppelt.
Die so erhaltenen Farbstoffe besitzen ein gutes Egalisierungs- vermögen und liefern auf Wolle, in saurer Lösung gefärbt, rote Färbungen, die sich durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, das darin besteht, dass man eine Diazoverbindung von ortho-Aminodiphe- nylsulfon in saurer Lösung mit 2.8. 6-Amino- naphtolsulfosäiire kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff stellt nach dem Filtrieren und Trocknen ein violettes Pulver dar und färbt Wolle aus saurem Bade in sehr gleichmässigen, bläulich-roten Tönen, die sich durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 233 Gewichtsteile ortho - Aminodiphenyl- sulfon werden in 700 Gewichtsteilen Wasser und etwa 500 Gewichtsteilen konzentrierter Schwefelsäure fein verteilt und mit einer konzentrierten wässerigen Lösung von 69 Gewichtsteilen Natriumnitrit dianotiert.
In der erhaltenen Diazolösung stumpft man die überschüssige Mineralsäure in üblicher Weise ab und lässt sie einlaufen in eine saure Sus pension von 2. 8. 6 - Aminonaphtolsulfosäure. Man erhält einen blauroten Farbstoff, der nach dem Filtrieren und Trocknen ein vio lettes Pulver bildet und auf Wolle aus sau rem Bade eine sehr gleichmässige, bläulich rote Färbung erzeugt, die sich durch sehr gute Lichtechtheit auszeichnet.

It has been found that valuable dyes are obtained if a diazo compound of ortho -amino-diphenylsulfone, which can be substituted in the phenyl nuclei by halogen, alkyl or alkoxy groups, is coupled in acidic solution with 2.8.6 -amino naphthol sulfonic acid .
The dyes obtained in this way have good leveling properties and, on wool dyed in an acidic solution, give red dyeings which are distinguished by very good lightfastness.
The subject of the present patent is a process for the preparation of an acidic wool dye, which consists in the fact that a diazo compound of ortho-aminodiphenylsulfone in acidic solution with 2.8. 6-Amino-naphthol sulfonic acid couples.
After filtering and drying, the dye thus obtained is a violet powder and dyes wool from an acid bath in very uniform, bluish-red shades which are distinguished by very good lightfastness. <I> Example: </I> 233 parts by weight of ortho - aminodiphenyl sulfone are finely divided in 700 parts by weight of water and about 500 parts by weight of concentrated sulfuric acid and dianotized with a concentrated aqueous solution of 69 parts by weight of sodium nitrite.
In the diazo solution obtained, the excess mineral acid is blunted in a customary manner and allowed to run into an acidic suspension of 2.8.6-aminonaphthol sulfonic acid. A bluish-red dye is obtained which, after filtering and drying, forms a violet powder and produces a very even, bluish-red coloration on wool from acid baths, which is characterized by very good lightfastness.
