Description

Mouvement d'horlogerie huit jours.

Eight-day clockwork movement. The object of the. the present invention is an eight-day clockwork movement. This movement is characterized in that it comprises a frame in which are mounted a regulator -disposi tif, a gear train and a one-day spring, one end of which controls the gear, an eight-day spring and a gear being mounted to the outside the frame, this gear connecting one end of the eight-day spring to the second end -of the one-day spring, while the other end -of the eight-day spring is placed under the -dependence -of a winding mechanism .

The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, one: embodiment of the object of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view thereof; the fi-. 2 and 3 are two elevations, 90 from each other.

1 is a frame formed by a plate 1a on the lower face of which the dial 2 is mounted and by bridges 1b. Inside this frame is arranged a barrel 3, in which is enclosed a spring one day, one end of which is fixed. To the wall of the barrel and the other to the shaft 3a of -this- this; this barrel is connected by means of a usual gear, the first mobile of which can be seen at 4, to a positive regulator device comprising a balance 5; the cog and the regulating device, including the balance, are also arranged. in the frame 1.

On the outside of the latter and on the op side placed on the dial is fixed a second frame 6 formed by two plates kept at a distance by pillars; in -this second frame are -disposed a barrel, not toothed, 7 containing an eight-day mainspring and a gear 8 formed of a toothed wheel and -d'un pinion.

One of the ends of the eight-day spring is fixed to the drum of the barrel which is rotated by hand, by means of the operating member 9 and which carries a winding ratchet 10 with which cooperates a pawl 1.1 carried by the frame 6; the other end -of the spring comes out eight days is fixed to the axis of the wheel, toothed gear 8, while the pinion -of this gear is fixed to the shaft of bay 3.

We go up by hand, every week, the spring for eight days, which, in turn, goes up the spring one day, as it relaxes. The advantage of the construction is that one can take, for the lower part, of the mechanism, comprising the frame 1 and its mobiles, a movement. of my ordinary being; in addition, the barrel containing the eight-day spring does not need to be cut, the connection of the two barrels between them being obtained by the ordinary gear 8.
