Spritzeilirichtung an Geschirr-Waschmaschinen.
Syringe direction on dish washing machines. In dishwashing machines it is known to dispose of the rinsing water through a motor-driven, propeller-like organ rotating around a vertical axis, which at the lowest point of the crockery container at @@ arranged i @ 4 and L, -an z or partially ins Immersed in water, from bottom to top in the C; e- sehirrbehäiter to splash.
This design has various disadvantages: 1. The un- @ ewe @ m @@ ssi @, 'b in relative proportions - -ross.en par- ii.leln in the whole crockery container has too little concentration .rated and therefore bad. Reinigangs- wirlc.un ".?.
It is impossible, from the lowest point of the crockery container, to hit all parts of the crockery set up evenly and directly by the thrown water if the space in the crockery receptacle is to be used to a limited extent, and thus: cleaning cannot be reliable. 3. It is impossible to spray the dishes directly from different sides.
The subject matter of the invention is a spray device on dishwashing machines, in which at least one spray element is arranged to be movable about two non-parallel axes. This arrangement offers the possibility of using only a few sharp rinsing water jets, which execute a progressive movement, I. to completely coat the entire crockery container, \ ?. By appropriately arranging the spray organs to hit the dishes directly with water from different sides, 3.
to let all the available energy of the splash water only act on a few, relatively small areas of the crockery, 4. by arranging the device roughly in space. Center of the crockery container to hit all Ge dishes up close with the water, all in all so ge compared to the known devices to improve the dishes cleaning with the same amount of motor work and equal use of the space in the dishes container be significant.
The drawing shows, in a schematic representation in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8, various exemplary embodiments of the device according to the invention in elevation and partial vertical section.
The ge associated floor plans and partial Horizon talschnitte are for the example of FIG. 2 in FIG. 3, FIG. 4 in FIG. 5, FIG. 6 in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 in FIG. 9 Darge provides .
Through the pipe 1 in Fig. 1, the rinse water is fed to the device under pressure. This tube is fixed in the not, ge drawn dishes container and is arranged approximately in the vertical of the same. On this tube 1 is loosely rotatably bar a second tube 2 attached, which is firmly connected to the Winkelzahlnrad 3 and is set in rotation by the tickle 5 mounted at 4 and driven at will.
Also firmly connected to the tube 2 is the housing 6, in which the tube 7 is rotatably mounted at 8 about a horizontal axis H H. Fixed with .dem pipe 7 is .das angle wheel 9 connected, wel Ches with the angle wheel 10 is in engagement. The latter is firmly connected to the fixed pipe 1.
So if the tube 2 and thus housing 6 is set in circulation around the vertical axis V-V by tickle 5, the tube 7 also moves in a horizontal plane around axis V-V. At the same time, the angle wheel 9 rolls on the fixed angle wheel 10, so that the tube 7 has a second .Rotationsbewegung, namely around its own. executes horizontal axis H-H.
The corner tube 11 is rotatable on the one hand on the pipe 1 at 12 and on the other hand loosely inserted into pipe 7 at 13 and stored in any way sealed against the water pressure, @so that the pressurized water from pipe 1 flows unhindered during the double rotational movement to pipe 7 can. The pipe 7 ends in a nozzle 14, which directs the exiting water at an acute angle against a Leit surface 15 connected to the nozzle, in such a way that a slightly fan-shaped gapless jet 16 is created.
This rotates on the one hand in the beam plane S-8 perpendicular to the axis H-11, on the other hand the beam plane S-8 rotates as a whole around the axis V-V. By a suitable choice of the angular gear ratio 9, 10 it can be achieved that with each revolution of the tube 7 about the axis H-H. The rotation of the jet plane 8-S about the axis V-V proceeds just enough that the jet 1,
6 ge hit surface strips slightly overlaps the surface strips hit during the previous revolution of the pipe 7 at the edge, whereby a complete coating of the entire crockery container with the water jet 16 is achieved. The fact that the entire energy of the pressurized water only ever has an effect in a small area on which the jet 1,6 hits, an excellent cleaning effect is achieved.
The intersection point C of the axes VV and HH, hereinafter referred to as the "injection center" for short, is located at a location that is as favorable as possible for the entirety of the dishes to be sprayed, approximately halfway up the dishes container, so that all dishes are as uniform as possible and as close as possible Close to being hit by the water jet.
The r'ig. 2 and 3 show an embodiment example of the subject invention, in which the rotational movements about the axes V-V and H-II are caused by the reac tion pressure of the outflowing water. At the upper end of the stationary supply pipe 1, the curved pipe 11a, which can be rotated about the axis V-V, connects, which transfers the pressurized water into the pipe 7 which is rotatable about the axis II-1: 1. The tube 7 is divided into two arms 17, which each end in a nozzle 14.
The nozzles 14 are bent laterally tangentially with respect to the radial direction of the arms 17, so that the reaction forces of the two exiting water jets 16 set the pipe 7 in rotation about the axis H-II. The tube 7 is supported by two bearing points 8 and 13 attached to the fork-shaped support frame 6a, the latter at the same time pipe joint. The fork frame 6a is firmly connected to .dem arch tube 11a and rotatably mounted on the tube 1 at 12.
A worm 18 is fastened on the pipe 7 and is in engagement with the worm wheel 19 fastened on the pipe 1. By rotating the tube 7 around the axis H-H, the fork frame 6a with the curved tube 11a, tube 7, arms 17 and nozzles 14 is thus also moved around the axis V-V at the same time. By suitable selection of the gear ratio of the worm drive 18, 19, the entire crockery container can inevitably be completely coated with the two jets of water 16.
As can be seen from FIG. 3, in this embodiment the nozzles 14 have apart from their 'from riig. The tangential position shown in FIG. 2 shows an inclination towards the plane of rotation 8-s such that the water jets 1.6 form almost a right angle with the radial direction C - C and CD 'with respect to the injection center C .
It is thereby achieved that a crockery 20 set up in the area of the water jets 1,6 is once in the solid position of the nozzles 14 from the one (inner) side, the other time in the dotted position 14 'from the other (Back); side is hit by the 'water jets. This is extremely important for thorough and reliable cleaning.
In and for itself, if the direction of the water jets coincided with 8-S, the crockery was sprayed from different sides, but this effect can be improved by inclining the nozzles 14 against the plane 8-, 9.
Another important detail of the exemplary embodiment from Fig. 2 to 3 is, class the pressurized rotary bleed pipe connections 12 and 13 relieved by the water pressure itself, sealed and lubricated (with water). The pipe 1 carries a collar 21 at the top. The pipe 11a is pushed upwards by the water pressure with the entire apparatus attached to it. The axial thrust is transferred to the sleeve 23, which is supported against the collar 21 on the pipe 1, through the flange 22 firmly connected to the pipe 1.1a.
The pressurized water seeks to penetrate between the collar 21 and the sleeve 23 and further through the bearing point 12 to the outside. A downward pressure, depending on the area of the collar 21, is exerted on the sleeve 23, which, with a suitable choice of the area size, completely or partially removes the pressure exerted upward on the pipe 11a with appendix.
With a suitable size of the pressure surfaces, a certain amount of water penetrates to the outside, whereby the water film between 21, 23 and in the bearing point 12 removes the direct surface contact and thus has a relieving, lubricating effect and facilitating the walk.
A similar device is provided at the rotatable connection point 13 between tube 11a and tube 7. The tube 7, which has somewhat achsiales.spiel in the camp .8, is pushed towards the nozzle side by the water pressure. At the inner end it has a collar 24 which is supported against surface 2.5 on fork frame 6a. Relief, sealing and lubrication take place: analogously to 21, 23, 12.
This relieved water-lubricated seal is when the Vorrich device is operated by the reaction pressure of the water jets because of their relatively low work capacity of great advantage. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 4 and 5, the actuation of the device is also effected by the reaction pressure of the outflowing water. At the upper end of the stationary, the pressurized water supply the .Rohres 1, the corner tube 11 is rotatable about axis V-V with a suitable seal at 12.
On the horizontal leg of the corner tube 11, the tube 7 is pivotably mounted about the axis H-H at 13 and sealed appropriately net. The tube 7 is bent as an arm 17 and ends in the shower 14a. The exiting water jets generate a left-directed torque through their reaction, which tries to turn the tubes 7 and 11 about the axis V-V. The tube 11 carries a pin 26 on which an angle wheel 9 is rotatably mounted, which is a handle with an angle wheel 10 mounted on tube 1 in A.
By ball joint 27, connecting rod rod 28 and ball joint 29 is the angle wheel 9 with the lever 30 on the tube 7 in an articulated connection. When the tube 11 rotates about the axis V-V, the wheel 9 rolls on the wheel 10 and, through the articulated connection 27, 28, 29, 30, generates an oscillating movement of the arm 17 along the axis H-11. By choosing a suitable gear ratio, the desired coating of the crockery container with the water jets 16 can again be achieved.
In a similar way to the type described above, if this were desirable, for example, by non-central arrangement of the spray device in the crockery container, a rotational movement about the axis II-11 with an oscillating movement about the axis VV or oscillating movements about both axes could be combined will.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 6 and 7 is one in which not only the rotary movement about the axis H-II, but also that about the axis V-V is produced immediately bar by the reaction pressure of the water rays. On the upper end of the fixed tube 1, the tube 11b, which is bent once radially and once tangentially, is rotatably and sealingly mounted. It ends in a nozzle 14, which is upstream of the three-armed distributor star 31 at 13a, rotatable about the axis H-II.
This be is from .threi unilaterally open guide channels 32, which m a certain distance from the axis II-II on the one hand tangential to the axis H-H, on the other hand run at an angle to the plane of rotation. The emerging from the nozzle 14 water jet is divided by the channels 32 into three jets 16, the reaction of which causes a counterclockwise rotation of the distributor star 31 as a result of the tangential outlet of the channels 32 with respect to the axis H-H from the nozzle.
As a result of the outlet of the three rays 16, which is never inclined towards the plane of rotation, there is also a resultant reaction force in the direction of the axis 11-II, which causes a clockwise rotation of the entire system around the axis V-V when viewed from above. By appropriately dimensioning the radii and the exit angle of the arms 32, as well as the distance between the axes V-V and H-H, you have it in hand to achieve a sufficiently safe, albeit inevitable, coating of the crockery container with water jets.
Your just mentioned small deficiency of the lack of absolute inevitability contrasts with the great simplicity of this implementation as an advantage. 8 and 9 show an embodiment example, in which the hosing down of the dishes is to take place by a mixture of pressurized water and compressed air. The stationary pressurized water supply pipe 1 ends in a nozzle 33. The exiting water jet 34 enters the air suction funnel 35 and pulls a certain amount of air into the conical compression nozzle 36.
Here and in the adjoining pipe lle, the entrained air is compressed to the water pressure, and the resulting pressurized water-compressed air mixture passes further through the pipe 11e in the spiral arc to the nozzle 37, from where the resulting jet 38 again enters a suction funnel 39 and again entrains a certain amount of air. The mixture, which is now further enriched with air, is compressed in the subsequent compression nozzle 40 and the pipe arms 17 and continues to spray through the two nozzles 14 into the crockery container.
When the pressurized water-compressed air mixture emerges from the nozzles 14, the compressed air relaxes and the water parts are thrown out extremely powerfully and well-distributed.
The tube 1 carries the stationary guide tube 42, in which the tube 11c is rotatably held, on two brackets 41 firmly connected to it. Suction funnel 35 and compression nozzle '36 are firmly connected to the pipe 11c. Above the guide tube 42, the frame 6b is fastened on the tube 11c, in which the compression nozzle 40 is rotatably mounted at 8.
The nozzles 14 are arranged according to the example Fig. 6 and 7 so that the reaction forces of the water air jets 16 both a rotation of the nozzle arms 17 with the compression nozzle 40 about the inclined axis H'-H ', as well as a rotation of the whole Effect device around axis VV. One of the lines 33, 35, 36 or 37, 39, 40 in the air suction and compression devices can also be replaced by a conventional rotatable sealing bearing according to FIG. 12 or 13 of the earlier exemplary embodiments.
By analogous connection of the ele ments of the exemplary embodiments described above, many other types of execution are possible.
