Brandsohle.
Insole. An insole forms the spacing of the present invention. This is characterized by the fact that it has a front part made of a thin leather layer which is connected to a heel part made of a thicker leather layer.
On part of the underside of the front leather layer, an elastic balling compound is also arranged and held by means of a full rubber layer, the latter being connected to the front leather layer at its edge by means of a stiffening edge strip.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown, for example, namely: FIG. 1 shows a bottom view of the fire sole, FIG. a top view of part of the same, FIG. 3 a cross section along the line III-III in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 a partial cross section through a shoe in which the insole is incorporated,
which is loaded in the direction of the arrow by the foot, Fib. 5 shows a longitudinal section through the insole along the line VV in FIG. 1. The insole consists of a thin front leather layer 1 of about 1 mm thickness, which is glued to the beveled point 2 with a thicker leather layer 3 of about 3 mm .
This leather layer 3 forms the heel part. On the front part 1 is a Vollgummischi-cht 4 of about 0.5 mm strength, which covers the whole front derteil 1 and which with an elastic rule ball mass. for example made of sponge rubber. Since the thin leather layer 1 is not strong enough for processing in footwear, a tape strip 6 of about 2 mm thickness, made of leather, is revived on the solid rubber layer 4 and brought into connection with the former.
The insole is thus given an edge strength in its front part that is the same as that of the neck part. In this way, the expansion mass 5 lies between the thin front layer 1 and the solid rubber layer 4, to which it can be glued, and extends up to the edge strip 6.
The edge strip 6 has a continuous width of around 12 mm, which corresponds to the width of the lasting allowance in the manufacture of the footwear and is only around 25 mm wide at the tip, since the butt cap of the footwear has a wider space than the impact of the footwear Requires tweaking. The thin front leather layer 1 is provided on the elastic Ausball 5 with perforations 7 in any number, which ensure proper ventilation of the footwear, as will be written.
An insole of the type described is, because the middle part of the leather layer 1 is not reinforced, extremely flexible and supple and, on the other hand, has a sufficiently high resistance due to the edge reinforcement 6. Furthermore, the insole is completely waterproof due to the use of the solid rubber layer 4 extending over the entire front part 1, and moisture cannot penetrate from the outside.
Since the elastic ball-out mass 5 is stronger than the strength of the Randstrei fens 6, a subsequent balling out of the footwear, which is otherwise required, is omitted. As a result of its elasticity, this elastic ball-out mass 5 pushes the middle part of the thin leather layer 1 (Fig. 4) somewhat into the interior of the footwear, so that the foot rests on a flexible cushion, i.e. the insole adapts itself to the shape of the foot and acts as a spring when walking.
Since the middle part of the leather layer is perforated, when the foot steps onto the insole, the air in the expansion compound 5 is pressed through the perforation 7 into the inside of the shoe, while the expansion compound expands again when the foot is lifted and through the perforations 7 draws in air again. There is therefore perfect ventilation of the shoe.
