Description

  

      Klöppelflechtmaschine    zur Erzielung von     Geflechten    mit periodisch wechselndem       Flechteharakter.       Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine     Klöppel-          flechtmaschino    zur Erzielung von Geflechten  mit periodisch wechselndem     Flechtcharakter,     welche sich dadurch kennzeichnet, dass der  Antrieb der     Geflechtabzugvorrichtung    so ein  gerichtet ist, dass dieselbe periodisch mit  wechselnder Geschwindigkeit angetrieben wird,  um durch Wechsel in der Abzugsgeschwin  digkeit im Geflecht abwechselnd dichtere und  weniger dichte Stellen entstehen zu lassen.  



       Fig.    1 und 2 der Zeichnung veranschau  lichen in zwei verschiedenen Ansichten ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstan  des, während     Fig.    3 ein damit     herstellbares     Geflecht wiedergibt.  



  Die Hauptantriebswelle 1 der Maschine,  welche mittelst an sich bekannter Getriebe  teller die Klöppel 2 in kreisende Bewegung  versetzt, treibt mittelst eines Schneckenge  triebes 3 eine Welle 4, auf deren einem Ende  eine Stufenscheibe 5 sitzt, an deren Stirnseite  zwei diametral einander gegenüberliegende  Triebzapfen 6, 7 befestigt sind. Die Triebbe-         wegung    der Stufenscheibe 5 wird mittelst  der Triebzapfen 6, 7 um ein     elastisehes          Transmissionsorgan    8, das in einer langen,  in sich geschlossenen Schraubenfeder besteht,  auf eine Stufenscheibe 9 übertragen, die auf  der Welle 10 der     lreflechtabzugwalze    11 sitzt.

    Vermittelst dieses Getriebes, in dem die Trieb  zapfen 6, 7 abwechselnd senkrecht überein  ander und horizontal auf gleiche Höhe zu  liegen kommen     (Fig.    2), erhält die Walze 11  bald eine grössere, bald eine kleinere Ge  schwindigkeit, die sich naturgemäss im Abzug  des Geflechtes derart auswirkt, dass das Ge  flecht, wie aus     Fig.    3 hervorgeht, abwech  selnd dichtere Stellen     a    (das heisst im     Flecht-          bild    kürzere Windungen) und weniger dichte  Stellen b (das heisst im Flechtbild länger ge  zogene Windungen) aufweisen wird.     _
