Description

Wooden plate composed of parts of different types of wood, for doors, shutters, walls, furniture, etc. The subject of the present invention is a wooden board which is composed of parts of different types of wood. The invention is intended to ensure that a Ver pull or throw the plate no longer occurs.

It is known that the warping and throwing of the wood is particularly evident when using insufficiently stored wood. In new buildings in particular, it can often be noticed that doors, furniture and wooden walls deform quickly due to the temperature change. The well-known consequences of such distortions are the rubbing of the hopf- and skirting board in the door frame and the non-multi-function of the door locks and bolts.

The wooden plate according to the invention He has at least two wooden sheets separated by wooden rods, between which cavities are formed which are in communication with each other; because the wooden rods on their end faces form channels on the circumference of the wooden panel in orderly trim strips. An embodiment of the subject invention is shown in the drawing. 1 shows a horizontal section, FIG. 2 shows a vertical section through the wooden board, and FIG. 3 shows part of a side view of the same with a lifted wood sheet.

The wood sheets 6 consist of several layers of different types of wood, which the drawing does not show, and are 'glued from the sides on the wooden rods 5, which are arranged separately from each other. On the two end faces of the wooden plate, two wide wooden rods 4 are glued between the wood sheets 6. Over the whole order of the wooden panel, the cladding strips 1, 2 and 3 are arranged. These Ver trim strips 2 form with the end faces of the wooden bars 5 channels 8, for the purpose of connec tion of all cavities between the bars 5 with each other. The two side surfaces of the plates are covered with veneers 7. You could also be painted with paint, for example. In order to increase the sound impermeability of the plate, for example for doors, its cavities can be coated with sound-absorbing material, e.g.
