Description

  Behälter mit einer     Versohlusseinriehtung     sind in mehreren beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsformen in den Figuren 1 bis 16 darge  stellt.      Fig. 1 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt durch  die ebene Bodenfläche eines langsam rotieren  den Mischbehälters;  Fig. 2 ist ein Grundriss zu Fig. 1;  Fig. 3 zeigt eine Mischmaschine mit zwei  halbkreisförmigen -Öffnungen und Verschluss  stücken;  Fig. 4 ist ein Grundriss zu Fig. 3;  Fig. 5 zeigt einen Behälter im Grundriss  mit zwei sektorenartigen Öffnungen;  Fig. 6 zeigt einen Behälter im Grundriss  mit zwei kreisförmigen Öffnungen und durch  lochten Verschlussstücken;  Fig. 7 und 7a zeigen einen Behälter mit  zwei halbkreisförmigen Öffnungen und  durchlochten Verschlussstücken im Grundriss  und im Schnitt nach der Linie a-a der  Fig. 7 ;

    Fig. 8 und 8a zeigen einen Mischbehälter  mit einer ausserhalb der Mitte liegenden,  kreisförmigen Entleerungsöffnung und zuge  hörigen Venschlussstück im Grundriss und im  Querschnitt nach Linie a-a in Fig. 8;       Fig.    9 zeigt einen Mischbehälter mit hoh  ler Wandung im senkrechten Schnitt;  Fig. 10 zeigt das Halslager und den koni  schen Zahnradantrieb und Ablaufstutzen im  senkrechten Schnitt;  Fig. 11 zeigt den untern Teil eines Vor  ratsbehälters mit Drehverschluss mit durch  bohrten Zapfen;  Fig. 1,2 zeigt einen Behälter mit koni  schem Boden,  Fig. 13 mit gewölbtem Boden;  Fig. 14 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt durch  den Behälter mit Zylinderringen an der     Ent-          leerungsöffnung;     Fig. 15 ist ein wagrechter Schnitt ge  mäss Linie a-a in Fig. 14;

    Fig. 16 ist ein senkrechter Schnitt durch eine weitere Ausführungsform mit Zylinder ringen.

  Fig. 9 zeigt einen Mischbehälter A mit doppeltem Boden a und Wand b1, deren Hohlräume s1 miteinander in Verbindung ste hen.

  Container with a screw cap at an emptying opening of the same. The invention relates to a loading container with a rotary closure device at an emptying opening of the same.

  The novelty of the invention can be seen in the fact that at least one closure piece is arranged in the container bottom so that it can be moved up and down and rotated so that it releases the emptying opening after being lowered from the emptying opening by rotating and by rotating in the opposite direction and upward movement enters the drainage opening again.

  The up and down movement, as well as the Drehtup g of the closure piece can follow around a fixed pin on the container bottom. According to another embodiment, two cylinder rings which are plugged into one another and can be moved up and down in relation to one another and can be rotated can be used, one of which carries the closure piece while the other is set in rotation. The closure plate can be moved by hand or by machine. The bottom of the container and the insert in the bottom opening can be double-walled, so that a flat cavity is created in the wall of the bottom surface.

   The cavity of the loading container can be connected to a bore of the support pin for the rotatable locking piece. Through the hollow pin, for example, heating or cooling means can be added. be discharged. Furthermore, a negative or positive pressure can be generated in the container by suction or pressure, in order to dissipate gases or damp vapors developed during chemical reactions during drying and roasting work.

  In the case of silos for green fodder or the like, the pressure line for the material can be connected to the hollow pin whose bore leads into the silo and the container can be filled from below.

  Containers with a Versohlusseinriehtung are shown in several exemplary embodiments in Figures 1 to 16 is Darge. Fig. 1 is a vertical section through the flat bottom surface of a slowly rotating mixing container; Fig. 2 is a plan view of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 shows a mixing machine with two semicircular openings and closure pieces; Fig. 4 is a plan view of Fig. 3; Fig. 5 shows a container in plan with two sector-like openings; Fig. 6 shows a container in plan with two circular openings and perforated closure pieces; 7 and 7a show a container with two semicircular openings and perforated closure pieces in plan and in section along the line a-a of FIG. 7;

    8 and 8a show a mixing container with an off-center, circular emptying opening and associated closure piece in plan and in cross section along line a-a in FIG. 8; Fig. 9 shows a mixing container with a hollow wall in vertical section; Fig. 10 shows the neck bearing and the conical gear drive and drain connection in vertical section; 11 shows the lower part of a storage container with a twist lock with a pin drilled through; Fig. 1,2 shows a container with a conical bottom, Fig. 13 with a curved bottom; 14 is a vertical section through the container with cylinder rings at the discharge opening; Fig. 15 is a horizontal section along line a-a in Fig. 14;

    Fig. 16 is a vertical section through a further embodiment with cylinder rings.

  In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, a semicircular emptying opening b is provided in the bottom a of the mixing container and can be closed by a plate c. Fig. El 1 shows the position of the plate c in the lowered position before the start of rotation about the pin f. The plate c is equipped at the bottom with a hub d wel che is provided with an internal thread. On the pin f arranged on the base a , the plate c is attached so that it can be moved up and down and can be rotated. On the pin f sits a loosely rotatable bushing g with an external thread and flange, which is fixed to the hub of the conical gear h. connected is. Protective sleeves e and e for the thread are also provided around the hub d.

   The thread on the bushing g corresponds to the thread of the hub d. When the gear wheel h is rotated by the hand crank k and pinion h, the plate c is ascended or descended. When the plate c has reached the lowest position and the crank k is turned further, the lower surface of the hub d is pressed against the flange of the threaded sleeve g.

   As a result, the plate c is coupled to the sleeve g and turned around until the rib l on the plate c rests against a stop m (compare in particular FIG. 2). Now the opening b is free and the goods can come out. In this open position, the surface of the closing plate c lies in the plane of the lower surface before the container bottom.

    If the crank k is rotated in the opposite direction, the plate c rotates backwards until the arm rib l hits the stop m. In this position the plate c is exactly below the opening b of the bottom a. As you turn the crank k further, the plate c is screwed up through the sleeve g until the base a and plate c are in one plane.

   The movement in the vertical direction can be limited by a strip n on the plate c, which also acts as a sealing strip. The stroke can also be limited by stopping the hub d on the underside of the floor.

  In a circular recess in the middle of the container bottom there is an insert piece o with at least one opening and a molded pin f. At the bottom of the circumference, the insert has a ring-shaped approach p and an inner protective ring p. The ring p. runs against the neck bearing p, which rests with feet y on the T-beams w. On the outside, the neck bearing p is surrounded by a ring r. The annular channel between p and r serves as an oil space.

  The closure piece is advantageously provided with a stop strip n which, on the one hand, limits the upward movement of the closure piece and, on the other hand, effects the seal.

  The insert o is double-walled with a cavity s1 that is connected to the hollow support pin f. Through the bore s and cavity s1, heating or coolant can be passed to the space s, the floor a with the help of the channels s.

  The sleeve g and gear h are held in place by a threaded sleeve designed as a stuffing box and carried by the holder u. A cross piece v sits in the stuffing box t and stands with a tube v1 through which the Heating resp. Coolant zu- or. is discharged, in connection.

  The gear h could also be arranged so that it runs against the lower edge of the neck bearing p2 as dust-tight as possible, in which case a funnel is then advantageously provided under the gear for forwarding the goods.

  In Figs. 3 to 5, two other forms of implementation of containers with multiple openings are shown in the container bottom. Fig. 3 and 4 show a shape with two semicircular openings b, while the container bottom of the form of FIG. 5 has two opposing sector-shaped openings b, which are arranged symmetrically to the center point of the container bottom. Each pin is provided with its own gear h and a common pinion h2 arranged in the axis of the Behäl age. In Figs. 3 and 4, the devices that act the up and down movement and the rotational movement of the closure plate be, namely pin f, threaded hub d and threaded sleeve g are not particularly detailed, as they are drawn with the embodiment according to FIG. 1 and 2 match.

   The spur gears mesh with the spur pinion 1r.2, the axis of which is in the center of the mixing plate A. The pinion h2 and thus the wheels h are driven by crank k or mechanically and bevel gears and so the two plates that cover the openings b are operated simultaneously.

  This arrangement just described can be provided on pan grinders by providing several plates c in the grinding path to close off the openings b.

  The plates c can also be perforated, as shown in Fig. 6 and 7 is ersicht Lich. In Fig. 6, two gegenlie lowing openings with plates c, c, which can be set up through holes and replaceable, are arranged. The raising and lowering of the plates c, c can be effected, for example, in a manner not shown, by a threaded cylinder which rises and descends on a centrally arranged pin and is connected to the plates, for example by arms.

   Both plates c are pushed up and down and pivoted at the same time. The dashed circles in Fig. 6 indicate the position of the discs ben in the pivoted position.

  In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 7a, the pivot about which .die two plates c rotate and move in the vertical direction, in a transverse web z of the bottom, which is provided between the two plates c, c, in not -Attached as shown. The plates c can for example be arranged on a common hub so that they can both be lowered and swiveled around at the same time.

  The arrangement of the rotary fasteners can also be made in this way (FIGS. 8, 8a). that the pivot f. the plate c comes to lie outside the center of the plate. The locking device, pivot pin, threaded sleeve, etc., is the same as in Fig. 1 represents. The conical gear train may be missing in this case. Instead of the large bevel gear h (Fig. 1) a handwheel w is arranged. The part marked x contains the hub with an internal thread and the threaded sleeve according to FIG. 1. Due to the low speed of the mixing container A, the handwheel wv can be easily operated as long as it wanders by in the hand area of the person operating the closure .

  Fig. 9 shows a mixing container A with a double bottom a and wall b1, the cavities s1 hen in connection with each other. The Zu- respectively. the heating or coolant is also discharged through the bore s of the pin. In order to be able to generate a negative or positive pressure in the closed mixing container A by a suction and pressure effect, several nozzle-like openings cl are provided inwardly.

  According to Fig. 10, the ring gear of the Ke gelrades lh is designed so that it runs as dust-tight as possible at p3 against the un tern edge of the neck bearing p2. At the bottom of the gear ie there is an outlet funnel y1 for forwarding the goods, which can be connected tightly to a bunker, vessel, sack or the like.

  Fig. 11 shows a fixed silo B with a rotary lock c on the floor. The bore s of the pivot f is passed through the bottom of the container and thus opens directly into the silo space. The pressure line s4 for the material to be supplied from the ground by pressure pumps is connected to the pin f.

  Fig. 12 and 13 show schematically Behäl ter a with rotary lid closure c, which is provided in a conical or curved base.

  14 and 15, a slightly different embodiment of a Drehver circuit is shown, which BEZW particularly for containers for processing steifplasti rule materials, clay and the like. refractory materials and is characterized by the fact that a completely free passage of the emptying opening is created after lowering and swiveling the rotary cap. So there are neither the spokes of the wheel nor the hub of the pivot. Another advantage of this embodiment is that the spout is completely smooth on the inside and can also be kept clean without difficulty by arranging scrapers, if necessary.

  The essence of this embodiment is the arrangement of two nested and mutually up and down movable and rotatable cylinder rings, one of which carries the locking piece, while the other can be set in rotation by hand or by machine.

  Under the plate bottom a fixed Zy cylinder ring 1 is arranged with an upper and lower flange. The lower flange serves as a guide for the cylinder ring 2, which is connected to a toothed ring 4 or the like which, as FIG. 14 shows, engages around the lower flange of ring 1. The cylinder \? has bengewinde on the inner circumferential surface screw 11. In the screw thread 11 engages, the external thread of the inner cylinder 3, on which the cover 8 for the semicircular opening 5 is attached. At the bottom of the ring 3 there is an angle ring 6 as a stop and driver.

   A discharge pipe or funnel 1.0, etc. can be attached to this for the discharge of the finished product. Pinion 7 engages the teeth of the ring gear 4 on the cylinder ring 2. At the bottom of the mixing plate: a stop 9 is provided for the rotating cover 8 near the parting line (FIG. 15).

   If ring 2 is rotated by means of pinion 7, ring 3 with rotating cover 8 is pulled downward out of opening 5 until the upper face of ring 2 meets flange 12 on ring 3, which causes mutual tensioning in the thread det, so that the two rings are coupled. Ring 3 now rotates until cover 8 hits the stop 9. The opening 5 is now completely free.

   If the outer ring 2 is rotated in the other direction, it takes the inner ring 3 with it until the opposite side abuts the downwardly directed stop 9, whereby the rotational movement stops and the upward movement of the cover 8 through the thread is initiated. The drainage opening is now closed and the upward movement stops as soon as the flange of the angle ring 6 hits the lower face of the outer ring 2. The end faces of the cylinder rings 2 and 3 used as a friction clutch for the rotary movement are reliable due to their large areas.

  16 shows another embodiment of the container, the cylinder ring closure of which differs from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, as the thread 11 between the two cylinder rings 2 and 3 is arranged outside the drainage opening 5 and likewise the bevel gear 7 for driving the outer cylinder ring 2, which is provided with a ring gear on the inside, is given a protected position between the downwardly directed flanges of the cylinder ring 2. In this arrangement, the thread 11 can never come into contact with the emerging mix and cause malfunctions. Thin fluid material running through the joint between ring 1 and 3 emerges at the bottom without getting into the threads 11.

   The two end faces of the cylinder rings 2 and 3, which are alternately coupled by the flanges 6 and 12 for the entrainment of the closure piece 8, are protected outside the actual closure cover B. The mode of action is the same as in the previous embodiment described.

  Instead of the funnel 10 on the ring 3, a closed container can be placed that is so spacious that it can accommodate several batches. This makes it possible to completely collect liquid or easily flowing dry goods that suddenly flow into the container as finished goods during emptying and tap into jugs or other shipping containers without any problems while the machine is processing its next filling. A valve or tap in the middle of the bottom of the container allows the goods to be removed. As processing machines, on whose container the screw cap can be provided, for example, the following particularly come into consideration: Mixing machines,. Pan mills, roasters.

   Silos for all other storage containers for holding various substances, be they liquid, flour-like or lumpy, such as grain, flour, tar, asphalt, mortar, cement, gypsum, concrete and the like, may be mentioned as solid containers for the rotating spill.
