Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 169694.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhaltigen     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen  chromhaltigen     Azofarbstoff    aus dem Gemisch  der komplexen Chromverbindung des     Azo-          farbstoffes    aus dianotierter 1.

   -     Amino    - 2 -     oxy-          naphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und     2-Oxynaphthalin     mit dem     Azofarbstoff    aus nitrierter     1-Diazo-          2-oxynaphthalin-4-sulfonsäure    und     1-Oxy-          naphthalin    herstellen kann, wenn man dieses  Gemisch in wässerigem Medium mit Alkali  salzen, die in wässeriger Lösung höchstens  schwach hydrolytisch gespalten sind, erwärmt.  



  Der erhaltene chromhaltige     Azofarbstoff     stellt ein     violettschwarz    gefärbtes Pulver  dar, das sich in Wasser sehr leicht mit blau  violetter Farbe löst und Wolle aus organisch  saurem-schwefelsaurem Bade in marineblauen  Tönen von sehr guten     Echtheiten    färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In 200     '.feilen    Wasser löst man 33 Teile  des in alkalischem     Aledium    hergestellten  chromhaltigen Farbstoffes aus dem Azofarb-    Stoff aus dianotierter     1-Amino-2-oxynaphthalin.          4-sulfonsäure    und     2-Oxynaphthalin    in Gegen  wart von 10,8 Teilen     benzolsulfonsaurem     Natrium und kocht diese Lösung mit einer  solchen von 17,6 Teilen des     Azofarbstoffes     aus der nitrierten     1-Diazo-2-oxynaphthalin-          4-sulfonsäure    und     1-Oxynaphthalin    in 300  Teilen Wasser mehrere Stunden unter Ersatz  des verdampfenden Wassers.

   Nachdem kein       unchromierter        Farbstoff    mehr nachzuweisen  ist, kühlt man auf 40-45   ab, gibt zur  vollständigen Lösung des neuen     chromhalti-          gen    Farbstoffes Natronlauge zu und filtriert  von Verunreinigungen ab. Das Filtrat wird  mit verdünnter Säure neutralisiert und im  Vakuum zur Trockne verdampft.  



  Zu demselben Farbstoffe gelangt man,  wenn man statt     benzolsulfonsaurem    Natrium  andere     Alkalisalze,    die in wässeriger Lösung  höchstens schwach hydrolytisch gespalten  sind, wie     Natriumacetat,    Natriumsulfat, Na  triumchlorid,     Kaliumsulfat,        Natriumformiat,          naphthalinsulfonsaures    Natrium, Ammonium-      Sulfat,     Magnesiumsulfat    oder Ammonium  acetat verwendet.

  The chromium-containing azo dye obtained is a violet-black colored powder which dissolves very easily in water with a blue-violet color and dyes wool from organic acid-sulfuric acid bath in navy blue shades of very good fastness properties.



  <I> Example: </I> 33 parts of the chromium-containing dye produced in alkaline aluminum are dissolved from the azo dye made from dianotized 1-amino-2-oxynaphthalene in 200 'files of water. 4-sulfonic acid and 2-oxynaphthalene in the presence of 10.8 parts of sodium benzenesulfonate and boils this solution with one of 17.6 parts of the azo dye from the nitrated 1-diazo-2-oxynaphthalene-4-sulfonic acid and 1-oxynaphthalene in 300 parts of water for several hours, replacing the evaporating water.
