Newspaper subscription for two-pole glow plugs. The invention relates to a line connection for two-pole glow plugs in which the two electrodes are arranged one inside the other and the connection lines of the two electrodes are held in place by a single nut and isolated from one another by an intermediate piece. The invention consists in that the intermediate piece consists of a tube-like insulating piece, to which a spring is built so that it forms a structural unit together with the spring.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei is playing the object of the invention is provided. It shows: FIG. 1 a line connection for a glow plug in section, FIG. 2 a power rail in view.
In the figure, a is the jacket electrode of a two-pole glow plug, which is separated from the center electrode b by an insulating layer d . A nut e is screwed onto the jacket electrode a and serves as a support for a busbar f. y is the busbar of the center electrode or the connection to the power source or ground. There is a spacer between the two rails. It consists of a tubular insulating part / a, e.g. B. made of a ceramic material which has annular bulges i at both ends.
A metal cap k is crimped over one of the beads, while a capsule is loosely inserted over the other bead, the edge of which is drawn in behind the bead, since the capsule can move freely with it on the insulating part h, but cannot detach from it . In the capsule sits a spring n, which is designed as a disk and presses the capsule outwards. The two rails are held firmly by a single nut o, which can be screwed onto the telelectrode with. In order to be able to remove the rails without completely removing the nut and the spacer, their ends are expediently designed as half-closed eyes (FIG. 2).
The advantage of the invention is that the spring is connected to the insulating part in a captive manner, since the two together form a structural unit. The spring can prevent the mother from loosening by itself in the event of vibrations and it can also cause good electrical contact between the busbars on their supports by being arranged so that it compensates for the differences in length at different temperatures. Furthermore, the intermediate piece can be inexpensive to manufacture and durable in operation.
