Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trisazofarbstoifes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trisazo- farbstoffes. Es besteht darin, dass man die 1VIonodiazoverbindung des Diaminodisazofarb- stoffes der Formel:

<I>Beispiel:</I> 32.4 Gewichtsteile des Diaminodisazo- farbstoffes der Formel:

erhältlich durch Verseifen des Farbstoffes aus diazotiertem 1-Amino-4-acetylaminoben- zol und 1- Aminonaphthalin - 7 - sulfonsäiire oder durch Reduktion des entsprechendep, unter Verwendung von diazotiertem 1-Arnino- 4-nitrobenzol erhältlichen Farbstoffes her gestellten Aminoazofarbstoffes,
Diazotieren in üblicher Weise mit 6,9 Gewichtsteilen N atriumnitrit und Salzsäure und Kuppeln in sodaalkalisciier Lösung mit 23,9 Gewichts teilen 2 - Amino - 8 - azy naphthalin - 6 - sulfori. säure. werden mit Wasser und Eis verrührt, kalt nach Zugabe von 25 Gewichtsteilen Schwefelsäure (-10' B6) mit.
6,9 -Gewichts- teilen N atriumnitrit diazotiert und das Di- azotierungsgemisch zu einer so,daalkalischeii Lösung von 16 Gewichtsteilen 1-Ogäthyl- amino-3-aminobenzol gegeben. Nach beende ter Kupplung wird nach Zugabe von wenig Salz filtriert, abgepresst und getrocknet.
Der Farbstoff enthält die freie Aminogruppe in dem Naphthalinkern, der keine Hydrogyl- gruppe trägt.
Der neue Farbstoff färbt Baumwolle in tiefen, schwarzen Tönen von guten Echtheits eigenschaften an.
