Description
Verfahren zur 1>arstellung eines Azofarbstofes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azofarbstoffes, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass man die Diazoverbin- dung von 1-Amino-2-(4'-chlorpherioxy)-5- chlorbenzol mit 1-Oxy-3,5-di-(4'-methoxy- plienylamino)-benzol kuppelt. Die Einwir kung der beiden Komponenten aufeinander kann auch in Gegenwart eines Substrates erfolgen.
Der in Substanz hergestellte Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver, welches sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit weinroter Farbe löst, und liefert, wenn auf der Faser erzeugt, ein Orangebraun von guten Echt heitseigenschaften.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 50,8 Gewichtsteile 1-Amino-2-(4'-chlor- phenoxy)-5-chlorbenzol werden in bekannter Weise diazotiert und die Diazolösung mit einer Lösung von 34 Gewichtsteilen 1-Oxy- 3,5 - di - (4'- methoxyphenylamino) - benzol in verdünnter Natronlauge, welche mit der zur Bindung der überschüssigen Mineralsäure hinreicbenden Menge Natriumacetat, sowie mit 5 Gewichtsteilen Türkischrotöl versetzt ist, gekuppelt.
Nach Beendigung der Farb- stoffbildung wird abfiltriert, gut mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Die Darstellung des Farbstoffes kann auch in Gegenwart eines Substrates erfolgen. Wird der Farb stoff auf der Faser erzeugt, so erhält man ein Orangebraun von guten EchthQitseigen- schaften.

The subject of the present additional patent is a process for the preparation of an azo dye, which is characterized in that the diazo compound of 1-amino-2- (4'-chloropherioxy) -5-chlorobenzene with 1-oxy-3,5 -di (4'-methoxypilienylamino) -benzene couples. The dyestuff produced in substance forms a brown powder which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a wine-red color and, if produced on the fiber, provides an orange-brown with good authenticity properties.
<I> Example: </I> 50.8 parts by weight of 1-amino-2- (4'-chlorophenoxy) -5-chlorobenzene are diazotized in a known manner and the diazo solution with a solution of 34 parts by weight of 1-oxy-3 , 5 - di - (4'-methoxyphenylamino) - benzene in dilute sodium hydroxide solution, which is mixed with the sufficient amount of sodium acetate to bind the excess mineral acid and with 5 parts by weight of Turkish red oil.
After the formation of the dye has ended, it is filtered off, washed well with water and dried. The preparation of the dye can also take place in the presence of a substrate. If the dye is produced on the fiber, an orange-brown with good real-quality properties is obtained.
