Swash piston machine with surface sealing. The invention relates to a Kol benmaschine with surface seal, for example for use as a pump, Ge blower, compressor or motor, in a spherical housing, by a housing axially mounted in the Ge, suction and pressure chamber separating partition on the Rotation hindered wobble piston is mounted obliquely with respect to the shaft carrying it and consists in the fact that the wobble piston has at least one conveying surface,
which with a surface part lies sealingly against a cut surface of a lateral part running around at the same angular speed as the drive shaft, and that the cut surface sweeps the conveying surface of the piston during the tumbling movement of the piston. The invention thus includes those wobble piston machines in which the wobble piston has one or two conveying surfaces,
in the latter case, each conveying surface rests in a sealing manner against a lateral cut surface of a circumferential side part. In all known wobble piston machines, a piston with its conveying surfaces that is hindered from rotating rolls diagonally on the shaft carrying it with its conveying surfaces on fixed housing walls or fixed intermediate walls, and the wandering contact between the piston conveying surfaces and said fixed walls is indicated by a line educated,
which only in theoretical terms ensures a perfect seal between the suction and pressure chamber of the machine. - In purely practical terms, it is not possible to use such a line of contact to maintain a permanent seal between the suction and pressure chambers, because wear and tear, machining, etc.
the pumped liquid or the pumped gas will always flow over from one space to the other due to the potential difference (pressure difference). This overflow from the pressure to the suction chamber reduces the machine's ability to work and causes friction losses, so that more work is required to convey a certain amount than would be necessary without the losses mentioned.
Also soot to achieve a -specific delivery rate: the number of revolutions must be kept higher than would be necessary with a perfect seal, whereby on the other hand the wear at the friction points is greater and thus the leakage increases.
The resulting disadvantages for Maschi nen of the type in question, he is completely turned off according to the invention, namely that the conveying surface BEZW. the conveying surfaces of the wobble piston lie with a surface part laterally against a cut surface of a side part rotating at the same angular speed as the drive shaft, and that this cut surface sweeps the opposite conveying surface during the wobbling movement of the piston, with means being provided ,
which create a tight seal between the suction and pressure space when passing the cut surface at the partition. This flat contact is made possible, for example, by the fact that the part sealing against the conveying surface of the piston with the inclined bearing journal of the piston and / or. is rigidly connected to the drive shaft.
At the same time, by rotating the "above-mentioned cut surface against the conveying surface, there are no more frictional losses between the conveying medium and these surfaces, as was previously the case.
Since the circumferential side part is cut, there would be a gap between the partition dividing the housing into the suction and pressure chamber and the cut surface of the side part if the latter came past the partition through which the liquid from .der Can flow pressure to suction side.
To avoid this, the length of the contact surface between the piston conveying surface and the circumferential bevel surface is expediently greater than the end width of a recess provided in the piston, in which, in the case of a wobble piston with outwardly diverging conveying surfaces, a tapered pin is expediently a cylinder journal in the case of a wobble piston with parallel conveying surfaces. rotatably mounted,
which pin in turn grips with a slot over the partition. This arrangement not only creates a tight seal between the suction and pressure chamber, but also achieves at the same time that the wear between the partition and the piston is significantly reduced. Naturally, it is also possible to arrange the cylinder pin in a wobble piston with outwardly diverging delivery surfaces and the cone pin in a wobble piston with paral lelen delivery surfaces.
However, the above-mentioned arrangement is expedient, since this is where the harmful space formation is smallest.
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment with different variants, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a vertical axial section through the wobble piston machine, FIG. 2 the top view of the drive shaft with the side parts surrounding it, FIG. 3 a section along the slot of a tapered pin which slides back and forth along the partition and is mounted in a piston recess, Fig. 4 is a section along line IV-IV of Fig. 3,
Fig. 5, the plan view of the taper according to Fig. 3 and 4, Fig. 6 is a section along line VI-VI of Fig. 2, Fig. 7 is a cross section through a Kol ben, which has parallel conveying surfaces, Fig. 8 the Ground plan of a piston with outwardly converging conveying surfaces, FIG. 9 the plan view of the moving parts of the wobble piston machine,
Fig. 10 the wobble piston according to Fig. 1, Fig. 11 the vortex throttling of the conveying medium between the housing and Kolbenum catch, Fig. 12 schematically a horizontal section through the moving parts of the machine to explain the individual angle sizes.
According to Fig. 1, a drive shaft 4 is in a ball housing 1 with lateral inserts 2 in the La gerbüchsen 3. The shaft 4 runs from both sides in spherical cutouts 5 and 6 within the Ge housing, between which a ball 7 originally flattened on both sides lies, into which the angular bearing pin 8 with the conical bearing surfaces 9 and 10 for the wobble piston 11 is screwed .
Through these conical bearing surfaces 9 and 10, the apex of which is expediently; are in or almost in the center of the wobble piston, a clogging and thus a strong Ver wear is avoided, the piston in the camp. The wobble caliper 11 has a recess 12 in which a tapered pin 14 is seated, which grips via the axial partition 13 held by the housing, which separates the suction and pressure chambers of the machine from one another.
Left and right (seen in the axial direction) of the partition 13 connect to the housing 1 of the suction port 32 and the pressure port in a known manner. The conical pin 14, as it is shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, grips with a .Slitz 14a over the partition 13.
During the tumbling movement of the piston 11, the conveying surfaces 17 of which diverge outward, this tapered pin 14 is taken along by the piston and slides back and forth with its slot 14a along the partition 13, the piston 11 also being around the Pin 14 rotates back and forth. The piston 11 can there by its movements. unrestrained fo: live, so that the friction losses are very small. In addition, this arrangement ensures a tight seal between the piston delivery sides.
For wobble pistons according to F.ig. 7, in which the conveying surfaces 17a lie parallel to one another, the pin 14 'expediently has a cylindrical shape, since this means that the harmful space formation in the outermost inclined positions of the piston is smallest, as is the case with wobble pistons with outwardly diverging conveying surfaces smallest is when the pin has a conical shape.
The two spherical cutouts 5 and 6 are each a truncated cone with the conical surfaces 5a and 6a see ver, which serve as a boundary wall for the working space, which on the other hand is limited by the ball housing 1, the piston 17 and a pierced ball 7 towards the housing means . A part of the truncated cones is cut off in such a way that the cut surface 16 represents a conical surface part which corresponds or at least almost corresponds to the conveying surfaces 17 of the wobble piston 11.
To explain when between the piston conveying surfaces and the surfaces 5a and 6a respectively. 16 a line respectively. a surface contact occurs, the following is carried out with reference to Fig. 12:
A line contact between the conveying surfaces 17 of the wobble piston 11 and the two completely imaginary conical surfaces 5a and 6a occurs when two angles 18 (half the pivot angle of the wobble piston, which are determined by the angle of the angular bearing journal 8 to the shaft axis) are equal to Angles are 20,
which is taken between the conical surface in question and the associated piston delivery surface in the outermost positions of the wobble piston. The outermost positions are understood to mean the positions of the wobble piston in which the journals supported in a recess of the wobble piston are in the two extreme positions. The angle 19 of the wobble piston can be the same, smaller or larger than the angle 18.
However, in order to achieve a good guidance ratio of the wobble piston 11 on the partition 13, the angle 19 should be equal to or greater than the angle 18 (half the pivot angle). In the case of surface contact between the conveying surfaces 17 of the wobble piston 11 and the truncated cones having the two conical surfaces 5a and 6a as circumferential surfaces, the angle 20 must be smaller than two angles 18; this corresponding angle 21 is therefore smaller than two angles 18.
The length 22 of the cut surface 16, as the cut surface 16 mentioned above is to be named; becomes larger, the smaller the angle 21 is selected. The length of the cut surface 16 taken on the circumference of the truncated cones must be equal to or greater than the width 23 of the recess 12 in the piston.
Since there is a pressure and suction chamber on each side of the piston, this measurement is necessary because between the cut surfaces 16 and the ends 13a and 13b of the partition wall 13 there is an opening when the first one turns, through which the conveying medium from the pressure Could overflow to the suction side (Fig. 9). When the cut surfaces 16 are positioned outside the partition 13, a seal between the suction and pressure chambers is brought about by the conical surfaces 5a and 6a resting against the ends 13a and 13b of the partition 13.
As soon as the front end of the cut surfaces 16, based on the direction of rotation, passes the partition 13, the above-mentioned gap forms, for example, between the end 13a of the partition 13 and the cut surface 16 (Figs. 1 and 9), the is sealed in that the wobble piston 11 still lies against the cut surfaces 16 at points 24 and / and 25, i.e. the length 22 of the cut surface 16 is made greater than or equal to the width 23 of the recess 12 provided in the piston .
If a piston 11 is used in which the bearing surfaces 9 and 10 and the conveying surfaces 17 of the piston 11 diverge outwards and have the same cone tip angle (FIGS. 1 and 9), the cut surfaces 16 run into the conical bearing surfaces 8 and 10 (Fig. 2).
But it is also possible to seal the surfaces with other types of pistons. For example, if a piston has the shape according to FIG. 8, that is, if the delivery surfaces converge outwards and if the surfaces 5a and 6a are vertical planes, then these surfaces must be combined with a concave, conical cut surface into which the delivery surfaces 26 fit of the piston can nestle. The surfaces 5a and 6a must also take part in the rotation of the shaft here.
In the case of a piston whose two conveying surfaces 17a run parallel to one another (FIG. 7), that is to say in the case of a flat, plate-shaped piston, and when using conical surfaces 5a and 6a, the latter must be combined with a bevel surface is flat and revolves with the wave again.
In a certain sense, the chamfered surfaces increase the bearing surfaces for the tumble piston towards the circumference of the piston, so that the actual inner bearing surfaces of the tumble piston are also relieved by the flat seal between: the conveying surfaces of the tumble piston and the circumferential side surfaces, which again extends the life of the machine.
The wobble piston 11 (Fig. 1, 9, 10, 11), which is designed to reduce the vibrating Mas sen, for example, hollow, is bent inwardly at the periphery like a flange and provided with groove-shaped recesses 27. These grooves 27 of the two piston halves 11a and 11b (FIG. 10) are offset from one another so that the liquid that penetrates them cannot connect the suction and pressure sides of the machine to one another.
These grooves 27 serve as throttling for the liquid flowing through the circumference between the inner housing circumference wall and the piston, since eddies are formed in the grooves (FIG. 11), a so-called. Induce eddy throttling and prevent a smooth flow of the liquid. It is therefore possible to dispense with sliding contact between the piston circumference and the housing wall, where any friction losses are avoided again.
The fact that the surfaces 5a and 6a respectively. 16 revolve with the shaft, it is possible, please include to provide proper storage by the inwardly drawn bearing bushes 3a the entire spherical surface of the two Ku gelausschnitte 5 and 6 fog. From the seal of the working space 15 along the shaft 4 is achieved by packings 28.
The operation of the machine is as follows: the shaft 4 causes the angular bearing pin of the wobble piston to rotate, so that the piston 11, which is prevented from rotating by the partition 13 and a slotted pin, executes a pivoting movement that a rotational movement is superimposed. The size of the pivoting and rotating movement is given by the angle of the angular contact journal 8 to the axis of the drive shaft 4. The work space 15 is divided by the partition 13 into suction and pressure space.
Due to the inclined position of the piston 11 and its touch tion with the housing, the suction and the pressure chamber is divided into two chambers each. Which are alternately from zero to a maximum ver during the tumbling movement of the piston 11 on the suction side increase and alternately decrease on the pressure side from this maximum to zero, so that a more or less continuous flow of liquid is generated through the machine.
If the surfaces 5a and 6a were now uniform and solid all around, then the wobble piston 11 would roll relatively on both sides with line contact if the conditions mentioned for the individual angular values exist. However, if the surfaces 5a and 6a, which are imaginary all around, run around with the angular contact journal and the angle 20 would be twice as large as half the pivot angle 18, then the wobble piston 11 will also only lie against the surfaces 5a and 6a with only linear contact.
In this embodiment, however, there is already the advantage that relative speeds and thus friction losses between the conveying medium and the surfaces 5a and 6a are avoided.
However, if the angle 20 is reduced to the Win angle 21; In other words, if the angle 20 is made smaller than the pivot angle 2X18, and if the surfaces 5a and 6a are combined with chamfered surfaces, as stated above, then the piston 11 nestles on both sides, diagonally opposite the housing means, flat with its conveying surfaces 17 Cut surfaces 16.
If the shaft 4 is now set in rotation, then the cut surfaces 16 rotate with it, and at the same time the conveying surfaces 17 of the wobble piston are brushed by these cut surfaces 16 due to the wobbling movement of the piston 11, which means it finds During a full revolution of the shaft between the conveying surfaces 17 and the cut surfaces 16 there is a permanent flat contact, and thus a completely tight seal between the suction and pressure chamber of the machine is achieved.
The contact surfaces between the conveying surfaces and the cut surfaces do not need to be completely conform, because in most cases it is sufficient if the shape of the cut surfaces only approximately corresponds to the shape of the conveying surfaces, in other words, the curvature of the cut surfaces and the conveying surfaces can The surfaces also differ slightly from one another.
The conical surfaces 5a and 6a do not come into contact with the conveying surfaces 17. These conical surfaces 5a and 6a only have the task of sealing off with the ends of the partition wall 13 in order to avoid a connection between the suction and pressure space of the machine.
So that liquids with fibrous or granular admixtures can also be conveyed through the machine, and so that these admixtures do not get between the cut surfaces 16 and the conveying surfaces 17, recesses 30 are provided at the ends of the cut surfaces 16, which into a scraper edge 31 leak through which the granular parts are retained. By arranging these recesses 30 with the scraper edge 31, it is even possible to convey granular substances, such as, for example, grain, etc., without any inhibitions occurring in the machine.
In the machine explained, all parts delimiting the machine room 15, with the exception of the inner wall 1 of the housing, have a progressive movement whose relative speed to the conveying medium is zero or relatively low, so that the machine operates with the lowest flow losses.
Since everywhere a surface sealing between the moving and stationary parts BEZW. the moving parts of the machine is given and there is also a sheet-like seal between the conveying surfaces 17 of the wobble piston 11 and the cut surfaces 16, so the machine can be built extremely compensated and run with very low numbers of revolutions, whereby wear to a minimum is reduced.
Instead of a wobble piston acting on both sides, the machine can also be built with a wobble piston acting only on one side and only one side part with a bevel and rotating at the same angular speed as the drive shaft.
